Guangyuan Hotel

Upon entering this hotel, the first thing that strikes you is the overall ambiance. Located outside a residential compound, its decor harks back to the standard high-end government guesthouses of the last century – clean and grand. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and patient, helping us with our issues. Heading up to the room, we were also very impressed. The cleanliness is definitely the best in the area, the hot water supply was stable, the duvet was warm, and the mattress had just the right firmness. What stood out, especially at night, was how quiet it was, perfect for a good rest! I'll definitely consider staying here again if I'm in the area. However, there are two minor drawbacks: 1. The stainless steel laundry basket in the bathroom corner was dusty and clearly unused. Perhaps it could be cleaned or fitted with a disposable liner; 2. The towels in the bathroom were frayed from repeated washing. While many people bring their own these days, it does detract from the aesthetic. Disposable towels might be a better option.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at, with the most attentive front desk service. The room lights suddenly went out at night, and my child started crying. I contacted the front desk, and a staff member named Wang immediately came upstairs to fix it. She even brought snacks to comfort my child, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room itself was clean and quiet, and it was convenient to find places to eat nearby. If I ever come back to Chengdu, I'll definitely stay here again!

This was my first stay at this hotel, booked for my trip to Mount Siguniang, and I was instantly won over by Ms. Jiang's warmth and efficiency! Whether it was checking in or handling daily inquiries, she always responded promptly with a warm, welcoming smile that immediately put guests at ease. She handled everything with clear logic and thoughtful attention to detail. For example, she would proactively offer directions and help verify routes. Her efficiency was outstanding, and she was incredibly patient. With such a wonderful front desk staff member, first-time visitors won't feel awkward or reserved. Her presence significantly enhanced my overall first impression of the hotel. This definitely deserves five stars – she's truly exceptional!

Excellent! For the price, the room offered fantastic value. Getting to Mount Siguniang was incredibly convenient, as buses depart directly from the hotel entrance. We also received a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room from the front desk, and the bathroom featured a practical wet/dry separation.

The hotel was impeccably clean, truly top-notch! The 2.2-meter bed comfortably fit three of us, which was fantastic.
