The king-size bed room I booked was super big, and the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas! This is really great!!! There is also a bay window with a wide view, and a projection, which is convenient for watching movies. I highly recommend it. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to play!!! Finally, I want to praise the guy and girl at the front desk. Their attitude is really great, and they also provided free late check-out!!! Awesome!!!

I chose this hotel by mistake when booking a hotel. I really don’t know how this store got 4 points from Ctrip! The advantage of this hotel is that the room is relatively large and it is very close to the farmer's market. But I think the attached photos of the room, hygiene, and environment should probably explain the problem. What's funny is that the front desk said they would give me a free "room upgrade", but it was actually an "upgrade" from the high-priced room I booked to a low-priced room. The reason was that I occupied two beds in the twin room by myself, and I refused because I didn't like using the big bed. Give the two front desk people a good scolding. I have never seen such a bad hotel.

The room was very dim and felt very old. The air conditioner had no upper and lower wind plates and blew towards me all night. I could only cover myself tightly with the quilt and turn sideways to prevent the wind from blowing on my face. The front desk and the lady in the room were quite enthusiastic, the engineering master was also very good, and the staff were still able to provide enthusiastic service. So that's it.

At night, you can hear the sound of mahjong upstairs and the sound of neighbors, especially last night, the mahjong sound continued until three in the morning, the children next door were yelling, the shower room is not separated into dry and wet, and the floor is full of water stains and hair. The wallpaper outside is falling off, the air conditioner is old and noisy, and some rooms are in corners. Fortunately, the staff actively changed rooms. I think my accommodation habits are really wide, and I usually don’t write reviews, but this hotel is really a bit unbearable 👎

The hotel was booked on March 11, 2024, but there was no record when I checked in on the 21st. The girl on the night shift politely asked and gave me an upgrade and compensation. The handsome guy on duty on the 22nd also solved the problem. In fact, there is no need to be afraid of problems, as long as they can be solved proactively. All of them are the same attitude. The room is clean and tidy.

The room was shabby. I didn't pay attention to hygiene during the temporary rest. I forgot to take the charger in the morning. I was in a hurry to catch the high-speed train. I asked the front desk to ask the housekeeping to take it down for me. I could leave after taking the charger. The front desk said to me that it couldn't be taken and I had to go up and get it myself. Then she asked the housekeeping to get it. But the housekeeping was very busy and she didn't know whether she would take it or not. 666, if you don't want to cause trouble, please speak tactfully. The housekeeping was busy. I saw two girls at the front desk. It was great. It wasn't the check-out peak. I paid for the stay, and taking a charger was a value-added service. I had never encountered such service attitude. As expected, I missed the high-speed train. Thank you.
