I don't have any complaints whatsoever with Theme Hotel Chengdu because everything I experienced was perfect. The location is excellent, only 3 minutes from 2nd City Hospital station (Shi Er Yiyuan Zhan, Line 3). The room is spacious and spotlessly cleaned. In each room, we can see the outside through a transparent glasswall that goes from ceiling to the floor.
Around the hotel, there are many food stalls and convenience stores, pharmacies.
I will definitely stay at this hotel when I come back to Chengdu.

My second stay at Thene Hotel abd Resort. Good Customer Services from the moment we checkin, the hotel location is execellent just a short walk from the 2nd Hospital MRT station for Line 3 & 4. The room is Clean and the Bed is nice for fall into sleep. Out side the hotel have nice hawker foods at night.

Hotel offers good value for money. Although smoking is not allowed the rooms and corridors smelled a bit like it, which was not really pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, although they did not speak english which made a bit harder to communicate!

Facilities: Newly renovated, all furniture is new, only the 15th floor is newly renovated, the downstairs is still a bit old
Hygiene: The hygiene is quite satisfactory, but the pillowcase and pillow core are a bit dirty, there are hairs inside, and the quilt is also dirty
Environment: The environment inside is quite good, but the furniture smells a bit, probably because of the new furniture. The 15th floor where I live is too noisy
Location: The location is not good. I was in a hurry when booking the hotel and didn't check the surroundings. The hospital is opposite, less than 50 meters away. The ambulance keeps calling every morning and at night. It's so noisy that I can't sleep. Also, the hotel's soundproofing is not good at all
