I have always felt that Liwan Hotel is very good. The whole hotel smells of lavender, and the lady at the front desk is very friendly. The breakfast is rich and fresh. I especially like Miss Dong Xiaoyuan who works at the front desk. She is warm and generous. She upgraded the room for free and also gave free fruits. I like it!

I chose this hotel because Wa'er's college entrance examination was nearby, and it completely exceeded expectations. First of all, a dedicated person, Huang Yinghua, followed up and showed me around the hotel several times without getting tired of it. Knowing that the children were taking the college entrance examination, we specially prepared milk, eye masks, ear plugs, eye protection lamps and other items. Totally exceeded expectations and a surprise to me. The hotel has complete facilities and upgraded me to a family room for free, which has 1 large bed and 2 small beds, which is very convenient for our family of three. Children can study inside without being disturbed. The hotel service is really great. I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity in the future!

The business of this hotel is quite good. When we made the reservation, we only had standard rooms. When we checked in, the Xiaomei staff at the front desk not only had a very good service attitude, but also upgraded us to an executive twin bed and complimentary breakfast. The room is also neat, bright, clean and hygienic. I personally think it is good overall.

To be honest, there is a big difference between what I expected. The lights in the hotel are very dim. I said it was just like the design. I booked 1.8 and 1.5 beds. When I just checked in, I was given three 1.35 beds. Because I had children, the beds were so small. , the child will definitely fall off, so we made do for one night, and changed the originally scheduled room the next day. As a result, due to the humidity, the children and adults had large rashes. We called the police at 3 or 4 o'clock in the middle of the night to deliver medicine, because this had never happened before. When I got a rash, I went to the front desk, but the front desk ignored me. In short, the experience was not good, and the service was not proportional to the price.

The room is large. Since there are many accommodations here for training and meetings, it is difficult to stay here again.

I came to Chengdu for business and checked into the hotel. It was pretty good, right next to Chadianzi Bus Station! The environment is OK and the room service is great! The surrounding ginkgo trees are yellow and look beautiful! I had breakfast, it was okay, the noodles will be even better if the ingredients are optimized!
