Amazing location, right at Tianfu Square and Tianfu Hong. Definitely recommend to travelers who find a beautiful night view to be important, you can relax in the bathtub while overseeing the city. The room was spacious enough for two, with separated bathroom and toilet. One thing to note : For food delivery, ask your driver to leave it at the delivery locker at the hotel first floor and ask staff to go pick it up for you, as drivers cannot come up to your room themselves. Food delivery can take a little but longer.

Great hotel, very good and friendly service from Le You and Tang Tang. Convenient location, great view from the room, very clean. Overall, I can't fault anything and would highly recommend staying here.

the service was outstanding. we booked for 4 nights, however we needed to change hotels for a meeting and was able to get a refund for the last night. the staff were extremely attentive and very helpful. our assistant on wechat responded almost immediately every time we sent a message, whether it be at 8am or 1am they were active which we really appreciated. this hotel goes above and beyond to provide spectacular service for their customers. even after we checked out and moved to the other hotel, we realised we had left a charger in our room. after messaging them they helped with delivering it. the room was also pretty nice, and was conveniently located right above a shopping centre with multiple food options, and metro / tianfu square underground shopping next door. highly recommend

This hotel is incredibly thoughtful! They upgraded our room for free, and there's a 24-hour butler service throughout the entire property. They'll even bring your food delivery right to your door and pick up packages from the post station for you. The lighting in the room is also beautiful! The location is fantastic too, with the Tianfu Hong shopping mall right downstairs, so you don't even need to leave the building. There are so many great places to eat! And the hotpot on the top floor is really authentic. Even though it was busy during the summer, the service was excellent. Honestly, Chengdu's proactive butler service truly amazed me!
