Warm and helpful front desk service. The front desk is efficient for check-in and inquiries. The hotel is close to the road but not noisy. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel close to the bus station and subway station, and the transportation is convenient. I’m looking forward to my next stay now.

滿意：1.地點很方便，騎自行車很快就到文殊院了。
2.酒店有洗衣房乾衣機，非常適合長期出差/旅遊的人
3.前台工作人員很有效率、態度很好，我反映問題後，很快就安排了清潔阿姨來房間打掃，又説找工程人員來修一下門鏈，但後來沒有工程人員修理，直接給我換房了，也沒耽誤之後的，前台人員很贊。

不滿意：
1.房間的門鏈兒是壞的，我覺得有點不安全。但是我入住的時間已經很晚了，也懶得下去換房，第一晚就湊合住下。
2.床單和窗簾有污漬
3.早餐沒什麼好吃的
4.清潔阿姨態度不怎麼樣。由於清潔阿姨換好床單後，前台工作人員才安排我換房，阿姨就埋怨我説要換房間不早説呀，我就不用再打掃一次了。
我尋思，我也不知道要換房啊😥咋埋怨起我來呢？

因為是一個人來成都，想着女生一個人住青旅會比較安全就提前訂了一個青旅，不會青旅洗澡什麼的不是很方便，出地鐵走了五分鐘看到這家就搜了下價格和評價，然後直接下單，進去也讓我使用了提前入住的權利，第二天出發很早前台小姐姐也給了早飯，我把前一天三八收到的康乃馨轉送給了前台小姐姐，可惜衹有2朵，還有一位沒給到有點不好意思。
位置很方便，市中心，可坐地鐵，衞生也不錯，服務也好，推薦！

酒店位置很好 在市中心 周邊有很多吃的和打卡景點 去哪打車基本上都是起步價格 前台小妹妹的服務態度很好 還送我們飲料 房間衞生也很乾凈 整潔 設施設備齊全 有洗衣房烘乾機 還有健身房 樓下還有桌球廳 沒事做了還能去體驗體驗 很不錯 在網上看了評論過來的很滿意 下次出差還會選擇這一家 對了 小姐姐推薦的火鍋店味道也很正👏👏👏

酒店位置離春熙路很近，離地鐵走七八分鐘能到，因為位置是在市中心一環，去哪個景點都很方便，附近有一條最近的小吃街火鍋串串啥都有，飯店很多。酒店早餐吃着比較順口，口味比較清淡照顧到了很多外地遊客，因為我還帶了一個孩子，酒店小姐姐還免費贈送我一份早餐券，前台服務態度很好，聲音温柔，入住時會告訴我們有什麼問題找前台都會幫我們解決，打掃衞生的阿姨也很客氣，會主動詢問我們要不要做衞生，房間總體來説是一個現代簡約風格，性價比也很高。總之這次出行體驗感非常好，下次來成都遊玩還會選擇這家酒店！

地理位置不錯，離地鐵口約個10來分鐘，去哪都挺方便，工作人員都挺熱心有問題就立馬解決並給出方案，房間衞生做的都很好，差些意思的是早餐這一塊偏一般般。

地理位置還不錯，靠路邊，樓下進出人多，交通方便，去春熙路兩公里左右，房間衞生還可以，不過潮牆皮有點破損，服務前台戴眼鏡的小妹很熱情。外賣機器人送。

房間特別小，行李都不好放。電視打不開，排風不好使。沒有塑料拖鞋，一次性的的拖鞋遇水特別滑，會有安全隱患。隔音很差。優點是第二天打掃及時，屋裡很暖。早餐中規中矩，服務態度好。

酒店離地鐵很近，交通便利，免費升級了大窗房，房間很大，衞生很好，晚上很安靜；這幾天成都降温又下雨，正好有中央空調，温度自己調，非常嗯暖；有早餐，挺合口味的，下次來還住這裏，前台美女挺熱情，此行很滿意！
