This Hampton Inn met the brand's usual standards. The room was a bit small, but the bedding was very comfortable and the toiletries were quite good. It's a few kilometers' walk from Kuanzhai Alley, so we had dinner in a nearby residential area instead. The restaurant was tiny, but the food was delicious! The lady at the front desk was incredibly attentive and helpful. The room decor was cozy, and I slept really well. The housekeeping staff always greeted me warmly in the hallways, which was a lovely touch. They also provided black tea bags and there's a laundry room available anytime. The room was clean and tidy. The cleaning staff did a very thorough job, making my stay feel very secure and comfortable. The front desk staff were all very warm and enthusiastic. I was very satisfied with this stay. It was also very convenient that there's a robot downstairs on the first floor to deliver takeout. This is by far the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Chengdu. It offers great value for money. I stayed for four nights. While the room wasn't huge, the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The hotel staff were also very attentive; on the first night, there was a small issue with my door lock, and they immediately moved me to a new room the next day – they really go the extra mile for their guests. They even gave me a small gift upon check-out, which was a lovely touch. Very satisfied!

The hotel is not that near to 宽窄巷，but it is a very pleasant hotel and very convenient for didi, so no issue. There us a mini market nearby (less than 100m) , if you walk about 500m turning left from hotel, you will find more shops and restaurants. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly & helpful. Overall we were happy with our 5 nightsstay.

Although the hotel opened in 2016, the room cleanliness far exceeded my expectations. It's about 2.4 km from Kuanzhai Alley. The front desk service was excellent; since it was off-peak season when I checked in, they even upgraded me to a panda-themed room. When I left, they gave me a panda souvenir and a hand warmer, which was a very pleasant surprise! Plus, there's a dedicated parking lot with free parking, a relatively large gym, and breakfast that, as always, offers a great variety and is delicious!
