1. When checking in, the front desk informed the room that the wifi required turning on the TV and scanning the QR code to operate it. When using it at night, the connection failed many times. The front desk told the phone that only security guards were on duty at this point. The security guard said that the mobile phone can be connected directly, but in fact, the connection was not possible at all. 2. There was only one shower cap in the room. I called the front desk to ask for another one. After two hours, I still didn’t get one, so I had to call the front desk again. 3. Before going to bed, I pulled back the quilt. There were hairs on one bed and the quilt was full of rotten holes. The front desk still said that the housekeeping department was off duty and no one was on duty, so I asked security to come up and deal with it. The security guard came here for the first time and didn't know how to lay it. After struggling for a long time, he said he got the wrong size. The second time I came, I struggled for a long time and finally changed it.

After staying for 5 days, I asked for an invoice when I checked out. I left all the messages but they didn't open it.

The room is very simple. As a family room, it is shabby and small. The small bed is just a wooden folding bed. The weirdest thing is that the door is facing the head of the bed, and the air conditioning outlet blows directly to the big bed. I booked afternoon tea for two days. One day it was said that it was coming in the evening, so I asked the customer service to ask for it. Although I found that it was 3.5 dates, plums and three good quality peach cakes and I didn't eat them, but the next day I still didn't have them and didn't want them anymore. The customer service attitude was also very bad. I called No one came after calling for a long time. After an hour, I called the service desk again and said that the hygienist was off work. Will she come back tomorrow? ? ? I won’t stay at Mercure again. It’s really the worst living experience. A room that costs almost 700 yuan costs 100 yuan for a guest house.

The one-night accommodation fee is about 500, and the room smells of cigarette smoke as soon as you enter. You can smell it when you enter from the outside. The air is so bad. Well, that was the last place I stayed last night. I changed to a hotel for less than 400 tonight. I have to say that the air is much better than this one.

Every time I book a hotel, I read the reviews carefully, especially the negative reviews. This hotel has such a high rating, I thought it would be very good, so I went to try it out. It's so over the top. It's the worst hotel I've stayed in so far. I can't even complain. 1. I basically didn’t experience any service; this is nothing, after all, I only stayed for one day. 2. The location of the hotel is very poor. It is next to a residential building and it is difficult to find. Whether you take the subway or bus, you have to walk for a while. 3. The hotel room is extremely small, but the space is well utilized. 4. The bed is very uncomfortable. 5. The sound of flushing the toilet is similar to the sound of starting a motorcycle, it is a very loud sound. The bathroom and toilet are two independent small spaces, which are airtight. I dare not take a shower because I am afraid of suffocation. 6. The air conditioner is not cool at all. If you turn it on at night, the air conditioner panel will always light up, making it impossible to sleep. 7. The hotel elevator is unimaginably small. To sum up, I don’t know how the hotel got such good reviews. This is the most serious failure. I stayed at Sophis Jinyuan and Crowne Plaza in Chengdu. Overall, they were pretty good.

The soundproofing is poor, but I still called after 2 o'clock to ask for cleaning services if I wanted to.
