Very nice staff, especially Lady Tingting's service is enthusiastic, thank you. We visited Panda breeding center, Lady Tingting helped us for taxi and all related information. Thanks her support our plan worked very well and we enjoyed. Next time, I stay in this hotel as well.

Stayed two nights at this hotel , brilliant service with very nice friendly staff. The restaurant breakfast is delicious too! Kids love the robot service, very cute & smart

It was a good stay with good location and lots of shops surrounding the hotel. Room is nice and clean and cozy. Very good services by Jennie and Andy. Will return again

The service is fantastic, the hotel staff were very helpful, thank you To Lily, Yvonne and Bruce for the kind help they offered us with smiles. Location is also fantastic very close to attraction places and good food.

One night stay, end of March. Correct placement, just welcoming staff. Decoration of the common areas I wonder, the tastes and colors... Correct room with a small desk and dull decoration. Very average breakfast for a foreigner, I do not recommed.

Best location right in the heart of Chengdu with all the famous fancy named retailers on 春熙路 王府井 you can basically walk across the street to see all the hustle and bustle of Chengdu night screen. Patrons sitting outside the eateries, street hawkers selling fruit and others on the street corner. All within 2 km radius of the hotel. Hotel splits into two towers and the newer one only has 7 storeys other is highrise but a bit older. Breakfast is decent. Only thing Is that they don't provide safety box inside the unit.
