地理位置：稍微有點點偏，離春熙路那邊打車半小時以內。不過周圍配套設施很完善，有商場，酒吧，也有很多食物可以選擇
禮賓部：點名表揚一下禮賓部的小哥們，遇到的每個人都很敬業，會察言觀色，非常好
康體設施：泳池還不錯的，健身房器械很全！體測儀、普拉提器材都有，比麗思和JW的豐富，服務人員也不錯
餐飲：大堂吧和樓頂的酒吧不錯，有種夜店風，體驗很新奇，酒的味道也可以，值得去看一看，品嚐一下。
早餐廳中規中矩，該有的也都有，差不多就是這個檔次對應的食物種類和服務
批評客房送餐！超級無敵巨難吃！擔擔麪巨鹹，不知道怎麼做出來的。口水雞很腥，真的太難吃了，這個客房送餐差評。 後續服務員收餐也沒有把桌子上的油擦乾淨，總之客房送餐真的是這麼多酒店裡超級難吃的了，這方面真的得改改。
總的來説還是不錯的，保潔阿姨也很友好，前台、禮賓等都是年輕人，十分有活力，和W酒店的風格比較相似。網上都説成都W是地板，但是實際體驗下來還是不錯的，除了客房送餐之外，其他的感覺都ok

還沒入住之前就給我打電話溝通幾點到店，我明確表示四點，到店説房間還沒有收拾好，確實，這酒店衞生打掃的和星級確實不匹配，有視頻，前台接待辦理入住服務態度不好，沒什麼耐心，還一臉小傲嬌，和我説話跟辯論賽似的，你非要爭個輸贏唄，你們酒店房間五點多還沒打掃出來就讓客人一直等，你們還挺有理唄？再來成都絕不住這酒店，體驗感極差。0.5我都不想給，直接0分。

酒店設施比較新穎，入大堂時的美女小姐熱情問候，快捷辦妥入住。大堂設計 房間燈光 洗手間的裝飾都較為超前。床上用的枕頭，床墊也很高級以及舒適。早餐跟價格相符。意見: 大堂服務的熱情不等於周到，應該給客人介紹酒店的設施和利用的範圍；電梯的室內太昏暗，按鍵顯示不明亮。

第一次在平台評價酒店，可能是太失望了。
預訂的壯美大床，房間的精華是酒店後面的小區
退掉壯美，換了交子景觀房，是交子路景房。
送的果盤沒有送，酒店每次開車都有找前台輸入車牌，2 天找了前台 5，6 次。
打電話要個温水，讓我在房子自己燒

酒店乾淨整潔，空調充足，左右兩旁都有大的商場吃東西。客房服務的人員很細心，我入住的當天晚上就把兩瓶水放進小冰箱裏以備第二天有冰水喝，結果第二天晚上回酒店休息竟然發現服務人員給我準備了一個裝滿冰塊的桶！這點十分加分，必須好評！

訂了三晚基礎房型，11樓。
好的：
門僮很好，有眼力見。
前台姐姐熱情，check in手續的時候會有些small talk讓人愉快。
提前加微信的工作人員訊息秒回，反饋及時。
房間打掃很細心及時，我每天喝很多咖啡，清潔人員都會給及時補上。
整體設施很新，早餐也很棒。
健身房非常好！史密斯絲滑，三個卧推凳。每個機器上都會放毛巾和瓶裝水。我每天早上都會空腹無氧。基本每次去都能看到有清潔人員在擦拭機器。甚至有普拉提器械。每天訓練質量都很高。
位置很方便，B1和商場連着，我完全是來泡酒店的，吃飯逛街非常方便。
不好的：
1.一共住了三晚，從第一天晚上開始就聽見樓下有人唱歌。和酒店反饋後發現是樓下有人拿着大音箱賣唱，唱到快十點半才停下。第一天反饋後説希望第二天不要再有這樣的情況了，酒店還送了個果盤表示歉意。
但第二天八點多又準時開唱了。第二天晚上酒店提出可以換房間，但當時比較晚我們確實已經很累了就忍了。
我理解酒店沒法干涉外面街上的人做什麼，酒店也很無辜，但是我作為每晚都付一千多房費的住客，還要忍受不可抗噪音也是真煩的要死。
2.最後一天晚上媽媽被臭蟲咬了，並且打死了蟲子向工作人員展示了。我也覺得這種事是shxt happens的小概率沒辦法事件。但真的是W這樣的酒店不應該發生的事情。酒店立刻有人處理，最後送了兩個熊貓玩偶。（笑笑罷了）
總的來説我挺喜歡這家酒店的，真的很遺憾。
