酒店位置鬧中取靜。離春熙路非常近，走幾分鐘就到。我訂的親子房空間足夠大，沒有任何煙味，很安靜，甚至有一張寫字枱可以讓小朋友自覺做兩頁作業，😈，親子功能齊全。酒店服務非常好，我們非常喜歡衣服上門送洗服務，節省了很多洗烘衣服的時間輕鬆出門遊玩。大堂客户經理人很熱情，非常有親切感。前台工作人員也認真迴應我們的需求。酒店工作效率很高。還得提一下酒店的早餐，內容很豐富，如果時間緊張，可以集中在酒店品嚐多種小吃。

The room is big and clean and has a full fledged equipments. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The front desk staff help us manage our parcel and explain to didi call centre agent to claim back the extra charge from our trip. Overall, an extremely good stay and we would definitely come back to this hotel again!

酒店服務很好，第一晚因為地域差異不適應成都氣候感到房間很悶熱，但是前台很快就給到了解決方案，給我們送來了空調扇。出行很方便，到春熙路很近，點外賣也有機器人送餐，而且房間也很安靜。衞生環境很好，每天都有人及時打掃衞生。總體感覺不錯。

Very convenient location for shopping very comfortable rooms with plush bedding and towels. Best of all the staff are so welcoming it makes the stay so enjoyable. Had we picked this hotel. The lovely lady at the lobby tea shop was so patient and friendly.
