Had a really enjoyable stay here!
One of the highlights was the loft design—it’s stylish, unique, and made the experience feel much more special than a typical hotel stay. The room we booked was spacious, and could comfortably fit 5 people.
The service was excellent from start to finish. Even before our arrival, the team was patient and responsive in answering all our questions. Throughout our stay, they were attentive, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable.
We were also pleasantly surprised that our deliveries were sent directly to our room; it’s a thoughtful touch that reflected the team’s attention to detail.
A special shout-out to our 小管家桐桐、彬彬 and 十一 for taking such great care of us. They were friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful, making our stay seamless and comfortable. The check-out process was also smooth and hassle-free.
Not only was the service excellent, but the location was fantastic as well. The hotel is conveniently located in Taikoo Li, and is within walking distance of the metro station. There are plenty of dining options nearby, many of which stay open late till late at night. There are also several convenience stores just a minute’s walk from the hotel, which made our stay even more convenient.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chengdu and would gladly stay here again on my next trip!
