The location is great, near Chuxi Rd shopping street. Also it is in a very short walking distance to metro station. Majority of the attractions can be reached by Metro, super convenient.
The amenities in the room are user friendly, easy to operated. The washing machine played a big part during our stay as we travelled with children.
Communication is fantastic, we always get response from the lady (the owner) when needed. In addition, we had received a lot of trip advices from her and her mum, which made our trip a lot more easier when travelling with young kids.
We extended our stay here in two separate occasions with the owners when we were in Chengdu, a very good experience staying here in general.

This is quite a nice place to stay. It is a little difficult to find at first, however. That being said, the room is a good deal and it is very private. Also, they will accept foreigners ;)

The location is near Chunxi Road, 200 meters away from the Second City Hospital subway station. The overall environment is good and the stay is comfortable. The room is locked with a code, which is very convenient. Hygiene is OK

Refrigerator, washing machine and kitchen are all available. The subway is downstairs, and it is within walking distance from Taikoo Li. Compared with the nearby 7Days and Super 8 hotels, the price is half cheaper. At this price, it is worth going back to book again

The room is dilapidated and smelly, the air conditioner is not cool at all, we couldn't sleep all night because of the heat, and we were in a residential building, and we didn't explain clearly before we found it after half an hour of searching, which makes me afraid of the word apartment now😱

Unexpectedly, this is the worst homestay I have ever stayed in. The picture is seriously inconsistent with the reality, the sanitary conditions are extremely poor, and the facilities are extremely outdated. The water from the water heater is sometimes hot and cold, and it is impossible to take a bath normally. There are a lot of black scum on the sofa towel, the bedding is also yellowish, not white at all, and the curtains in the room are not light-proof. The room is very bright at 4 or 5 o'clock in the morning, and I have to wear an eye mask to sleep. All in all, it is an experience very bad!
