JI Hotel (Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley)

The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even recommending local eateries. The hotel facilities are complete. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is excellent, just about a 5-minute walk from Kuanzhai Alley, and transportation is very convenient, not far from the subway station, which is also within walking distance. The room environment is very clean, and the service attitude is great.

We arrived at the hotel in the early hours, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helped us check us in. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. The location is also super convenient.

The reception staff were attentive and efficient, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast spread was varied and plentiful.

I always choose Ji Hotel for my trips, and this time in Chengdu, I was very satisfied again. The service and cleanliness were excellent, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. When we checked out, the front desk gave my child a panda toy, which he absolutely loved.

Excellent, highly recommended. The ambiance is great, and the facilities are well-appointed. The front desk staff provided wonderful service. Our group of four families found everything, from the amenities to the service, to be flawless. We'd definitely recommend it to friends visiting Chengdu.
