Very comfortable homestay, female ticket likes this structure very much, and the traffic is very convenient. Go downstairs and cross the street to the subway station, and there is Sunshine New Industry opposite. In short, the location is good. Need to call the boss to pick it up, even if the bathroom still hopes to have a cover. Others are very good, and there are projectors and tatami mats where you can lie down and watch movies. I will book this next time, I highly recommend it.

整體不錯！位置優越，就在牛王廟地鐵口。衞生一般，細節差點（比如飄窗灰塵很大，至少半個月沒擦，一抹一沓灰，還有頭髮。）我是150+訂的，還是挺超值，對面就是陽光新業中心，二樓有家泰越菜不錯。公寓樓下很多麪館、米粉店，晚上全是宵夜攤，吃喝方便。茂業豪園1棟2棟都是公寓，每棟22層，每層30多間，一棟樓就有600多間。不同的人承租管理。感覺兩層加起來面積應該也沒有55平方米吧

設施：非常齊全，各種東西都備的很齊，還有雨傘，很貼心！
衞生：衞生條件也很好，床上用品用着舒服。玩了一天睡得很好。
環境：環境很不錯，樓下夜宵特別多，很好吃，通宵營業，非常棒的夜生活，吃完直接上樓睡覺，很巴適！臨近地鐵，交通很便利！離九眼橋特別近！
服務：很熱情，隨時都能聯繫上，有什麼問題也仔細回覆，很不錯哦！

圖片有調色，實際會舊一點，，但是這個價格也算便宜。位置距離九眼橋近。房間裏的一次性毛巾付費的，但是付費字眼不清晰。空調暖氣不暖。

出門就是地鐵站，樓下的早餐店也很好吃。但是沒有洗衣機和冰箱，房間也不對版。住2天，毛巾和牙刷也沒有及時更換。
