Great and convenient location, to the point we extended another night stay. Only 200m to People's Park station, subway Line 2, which can connect you almost anywhere. Able to walk to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley, even Tianfu Square if you can walk 2km. Also have a convenience store available downstairs of the same building, and Hong Qi store if you walk a bit further. Many tour agencies are on the opposite road, where you can book day tours. The tour bus pickup and drop off points are also only around 1km from this building, easy to walk to due to the extra-wide sidewalks. It's facing the main road so you can easily get taxis as well. The building is easy to locate, but the check in counter is more confusing to find. When looking in from the main road, the convenience store is on the left, so you need to go to the opposite side of the convenience store. You need to walk to the back of the building and find the entrance facing the wall with a car park boom gate. There is a security guard and there are lots of online delivery boxes. Then, access the elevator and the reception is on level 26. There was a washing machine and detergent available in our unit, which we utilized. Other than the clothes hanging bar in the kitchen, the rest of the unit lacked places to hang things such as wet towels. It was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with another queen bed in the living room. Hot water was always available though you have to fiddle with the lever and wait some time. The kitchen only had a water kettle and a few mugs. There's a primary school right beside the building and you can hear the students every weekday morning. (My photos were taken just before checkout so don't mind the mess) The owners are an exceptionally friendly couple who are hardworking and provide excellent service. They are open to feedback and we've told them what we think was lacking in our unit. Hopefully they will implement the small improvements. They also recommended a few restaurants to us that had good local food and were reasonably priced. Recommend to add them on WeChat prior to arrival and communicate your arrival time. They wait at the front desk past midnight if they don't know the guest's check in time. However, they can only communicate in Mandarin, so you may face some difficulty.

The building just about 200m from People's Park Metro station and opposite the road of KuanZhai Alley. Plenty of eateries nearby. Reception is at 26 level. Check in very convenient & the room is keyless security. The unit has 2 rooms, 1 washroom and kitchen. Bed is comfortable, both king size. Both bed rooms have projector, but only can watch old movies for free. Moderate size of fridge can store drinks and food. Kitchen cannot cook, no utensils. Toilet & bathroom kinda limited space to move about, movement have to quite polite. Hahahaas. Corridor a bit dark, the light sensor not too sensitive. Recommended to stay here again. Was a little hard to find but the Room was great with an amazing view

The hotel is very good, clean, hygienic and well ventilated. The front desk service is especially considerate. The bedding in the room is very comfortable and the room is fully equipped. I booked a king-size bed room. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. I felt like I was slowly sinking down and fell asleep quickly. We stayed there for two consecutive days. The room aunt was very attentive and carefully helped us to renew the room. Such a hotel must be praised. It is said that the quilt cover is made of bare cotton and has a good texture. It is also very close to the scenic spots. There are many delicious foods on Bayi Road, Eighteen Ladders, and White Elephant Bureau. The first impression is that it is clean and beautiful, and the room is very quiet and warm. The price-performance ratio is very high and it is worth recommending. Overall, I am very satisfied. The price is also very affordable. Recommended.

The hotel is opposite Kuanzhai Alley, with bus stops and subway stations nearby. The transportation is very convenient. Facilities: The room has a washing machine and a refrigerator, which is very suitable for business trips and vacations. Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy, the sofa and TV are very new, and the bedding is also very clean. Environment: Convenient transportation, very close to Kuanzhai Alley. A very comfortable one-night homestay experience. The beautiful boss is gentle and enthusiastic. She meets all my needs. Seeing that I brought my children, she upgraded me to a suite for free. You can see the bustling night view from the window. The indoor supplies and electrical appliances are complete, including a gas stove, washing machine, and refrigerator. It is cost-effective to stay here for home travel. I would like to especially mention the hygiene. Really, the room I stayed in was really clean. I stayed here for one night during a layover, and if there is no change on the return trip, I will stay another night

The apartment is near the People's Park subway entrance. Opposite is the Kuanzhai Alley. There are refrigerators, washing machines and laundry detergent👏👏. The boss is very kind and will post some tourist attractions in Chengdu.

We passed through Chengdu on our way back from Jiuzhaigou. We searched online and found this hotel. It has a good location, just opposite Kuanzhai Alley. We booked a family room. The three large beds were all very comfortable and it felt pretty good...

Came to Chengdu for tourism and saw reviews online saying this hotel is very good, so I booked it for one night. When I arrived, I found that it is indeed in a good location and has good hygiene. It is across the road from the People's Park, and within a five-minute walk from Kuanzhai Alley and the subway entrance. I decisively extended my reservation for two more nights. It is close to Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, Qingyang Palace, Jiuyan Bridge, Koi Ancient City, and Wuhou Temple. Haha, it's very cost-effective!

The environment is good, and the view of the room recommended by the lady is also good. The decoration is very similar to living at home, so there is no discomfort when sleeping. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is also very good

Can you believe it? The glazed-tile house opposite the downstairs is Kuanzhai Alley. The location is great. It is just a 100-meter walk from the People's Park subway entrance. The room is very homely and has a kitchen, refrigerator, and washing machine. It is very clean and tidy. The bath water is so comfortable. After a day of playing, this hot bath is so comfortable and I slept so soundly. I highly recommend it!

The proprietress was warm and beautiful. She introduced many restaurants around. Right next to it was Tang Ermei Qiaojiao Beef Restaurant. We arrived at night and caught the last round. The proprietress upgraded our room. The room was very large, with a small balcony for drying clothes, and there was also a special rack for drying clothes in the kitchen. The washing machine seemed to have a dry cleaning function, but we didn't use it. The location is very convenient. The back door is Kuanzhai Alley, and the front door is People's Park. In the morning, you can easily walk to Heming Teahouse in People's Park and order Zhong Dumplings. It's very comfortable in the morning, and it's good to walk in Kuanzhai Alley in the evening to digest food.
