很差的民宿，一定要避坑！！！定了1月20日和21日住宿日式詫寂風房間，兩晚金額1516元。20日中午12：30到達樓下，沒有前台，沒有服務人員，屬於大廈裏租房改造成的民宿，辦理入住需要在樓下小賣部拿房卡按照客服提供的教程自己去樓上房間。放置行李後匆忙去博物館了，晚上10：40回到酒店休息，發現床單有少許頭髮，隨後發現房間各處灰塵較多，空調出風口非常臟，衞生間下水散發異味，設施邋遢，隨即聯繫客服第二天行程有變不住了，客服反饋需要扣除第二天房費50%，我告知衞生太差才改變了行程。將問題反饋到攜程，攜程客服多次電聯溝通後，酒店客服堅持扣除50%房費。這家民宿沒有服務人員，衹能在微信上聯繫。房間毛巾、床單、衞浴陳舊，小房間有股油臭味，衞生間的窗户一直透風，洗澡很冷。設施都感覺邋裡邋遢。典型的踩雷了。住過的最差的酒店，沒有之一！！裝修風格沒有啥問題，但衞生和設施不維護確實不應該！

怎麼説，這個是一家讓人相當驚艷的公寓民宿，性價比巨高！👍
先説地理位置優越，就在太古裏旁邊的朗御小區，俯瞰城市的大玻璃，相當明亮！
而且樓下很多特色咖啡店、大慈寺也在幾百米範圍內，很近！
裏面三間房兩個套間，一家人住相當可以，很大，佈置很温馨！唯一需要改善就是枕頭有點硬！

屬於公寓，兩居室。主卧光線挺好，一面牆飄窗。陽台挺好看，可惜對面是住户，私隱感不好。不過冬天不會在陽台坐，也可以的。不過主卧的燈實在不敢恭維……花式玻璃燈衹亮一點，屋裡立刻顯得很昏暗，有點民國時期的趕腳。必須表揚一下客服妹妹，説話好聽，很温柔，有問題隨時解決。這裏離春熙路很近，想逛街的可以考慮。（沒拍照片，這幾張是入住前的，除了有點特效，基本一樣）

住市中心的民宿，佔盡天時地利人和。民宿離猛追灣、太古裏和春熙路僅數步之遙。樓下的小資咖啡館裏的出品不錯。民宿環境現代時尚，在房子裏聽着音樂品着茶看夜景，體驗成都的慢生活，是不錯的享受！

房間很整潔，有很多小設計，房間和圖片一致，裝修風格很喜歡，衞生很乾凈，入住放心，民宿在繁華地段，周邊交通出行方便。隔音好，房間空調給力，超級温暖，一整晚都睡的很安穩，下次一定還會來。

房東太nice了，免費幫我們延遲退房，周邊便利程度都不用説了，地鐵站不用走十分鐘，樓下就是太古裏，乾淨程度不用説了，我是帶着長者和小孩入住的，所以專門找的乾淨的酒店，沒有讓我們失望！

我們是晚上12點半到的民宿，有一個房間窗户關不上，冷風一直灌進來，根本睡不了。沒有人能解決，也沒人解決。最後我們衹能4個人擠一個床。第二天立馬換住酒店。房子是有空調，但是不給力，冷的不行，和酒店差遠了。很失望，體驗感很差。

設備啥都有，很乾凈，地理位置好的不要不要的，站在30樓還有什麼風景看不到呢？樓下就是春熙路和太古裏，吃喝方便！
唯獨提醒自駕去的同學們，記得提前聯繫老闆和物業註冊車輛訊息，否則太古裏停車是真的貴，註冊了後40一天封頂

就在太古裏附近，房間乾淨，床和枕頭都很軟，整體服務人員的素質也很高，不管是打掃，還是辦理入住，都非常流暢，感覺很舒服。服務態度真是不錯!房間空調挺給力的，很暖和。
