非常滿意，每次出差都住這家，房間乾淨，衞生做的還可以，老闆人也謙和，容易溝通，最關鍵的性價比超高，物超所值的，下次還會來這家住的，附近有條小街美食非常的誘惑人，每次來了必去打卡，針對我這樣的吃貨兩者滿足了。

房東熱情，提前聯繫發入住指南，房間乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，大屏幕投影，位置特別好，樓下就是地鐵站，周邊生活方便，早餐店中餐店冒菜等應有盡有，太方便了！

地理位置不錯，地鐵非常方便。室內裝修不新不舊，還可以。不滿意如下
第一，我訂的房的圖片和入住的房不是同一個，出門玩沒計較
第二，最不滿意的是刷牙的杯子，竟然還有乾的牙膏殘留，都不如放兩個一次性的杯子
第三，枕頭上有汗味，沒做到一客一換
第四，空調咔咔的響，修修出風口扇葉，不費什麼事
奉勸商家的老闆，自己的買賣多上上心
但還是祝你財源廣進

在冬天沖涼的水盡然衹有温水沒熱水，開得久了水下得慢快要瀝出到廁所來。沖涼讓人很不滿意，洗臉池也沒熱水，沒有一次性拖鞋。電視也放不了
