The ladies at the front desk were really kind and helpful, even though there were language barriers. The location is nice and central.

Chengdu became a trip to remember, especially because of my hotel accommodation at Nicesoe Hotel. If you have an early return flight scheduled, this hotel is one of the best places you can find because of its proximity to the airport (roughly 20 minutes based on experience). Dayuan subway station (Line 5) is also 12 minutes away if you are just walking. Meanwhile, Saiho Mall and Citywalk also offer some varieties for local shops and bars. The service was also top notch for me. Shortly after the check-in, they got in touch by adding my WeChat and establishing the communication line. Through WeChat, they were able to check on me and offer assistance for much of what I needed for the duration of my stay. When I started my holiday, I actually sprained my left foot and they were very generous in offering their ice packs so that I can treat my sprain. In addition to these, they also suggested places of interest that I can visit around Chengdu. My luck was on a roll and I won lots of toys in the lottery. Unfortunately, my luggage wasn't enough to bring them all. Thankfully, one of their personnel, Rose, assisted me in shipping them back to my home city. The overall experience is amazing and I am totally satisfied with the services, plus the hotel room I got which was overlooking the city. If you are a first timer in Chengdu, I would really recommend this place! They are true to their word that they had posted in their basic information page: Any foreigner, of any nationality is welcome!

The room was spacious and the service provided was great. Also loved the fact that they had a space for tea session.

Pleasant stay! The hotel boasts comfortable rooms with modern decor. The staff is welcoming and responsive to guests' needs. The location is fantastic. It's a great choice for exploring local attractions and enjoying the city's famous cuisine.

The service was amazing. The front desk staff lady was extremely nice, approachable, and helpful, even at 4am. The hotel staff as a whole is there whenever you need help and offers speedy assistance with superb customer service. The security is good as well. If you're a foreigner, the staff makes you feel taken care of and welcome, so don't worry about feeling out of place if you're foreign. The location is a bit far from where it's poppin in downtown Chengdu and the panda sanctuary, but the location is quiet and away from any noise. There are some small restaurants and convenience stores less than a minute walk away from the hotel, so the location is also good in that regard. As for room hygiene, the sink drain had a very bad smell that would only go away when we would wash our hands or faces, but the smell would come back quickly. It wasn't too bad unless we walked by the sink. The bathroom was relatively clean but the drain would occasionally smell, though not as bad as the sink drain. The shower mat it came with was dirty but we didn't use the shower mat. The toilet was rather clean as well as the rest of the room. Ayis did a fine job of cleaning, especially since we stayed for 5 days. The lobby and hallways were also clean. The laundry room's washer and dryer are free and operate in great condition. This hotel is a great choice if you want accommodations on the newer, functioning, and affordable side as opposed to the expensive international hotel chains in Chengdu.

From the moment I arrived, Ms.Yu Er's professionalism and efficiency were immediately apparent. She orchestrated a swift check-in process that set the tone for my entire stay. What truly set her apart, however, was her unwavering commitment to ensuring my comfort and satisfaction throughout the duration of my stay. Despite encountering a language barrier that could have potentially posed challenges, Ms. Yu Er's resourcefulness and dedication truly shone through. Not only did she assist me with my check-in, but she went above and beyond her duties to help me with tasks that might have otherwise been complicated due to the language barrier. She went out of her way to help me book taxis and place food orders, ensuring that my needs were met seamlessly. Recognizing the importance of effective communication, Ms. Yu Er even went so far as to add me on WeChat (messaging App), a gesture that exemplified her commitment to providing exceptional service. This thoughtful act enabled us to communicate efficiently, particularly when not all the hotel staff were fluent in English.
