首先説説服務態度，夜裡到店，在店外打了幾個電話不接，找不到酒店位置，進店之後不知道前台在什麼的位置，被前台值班人員責備道“喊你你不理我”語氣態度及其惡劣，好像犯了什麼大錯，憋了一肚子火不説，再來説説環境設施，一進門，跟下雪一樣門縫裡掉的全是小卡片。空調，這個季節還是偶爾夜裡會冷，怎麼開冷風暖風都是涼的，而且很冷，打電話詢問前台，被問道“你是熱還是冷”我説是冷，被告知“那你窗户關緊蓋好被子吧，我們也沒有辦法”

首先對於前台等我到十一點過我表示歉意，這一顆⭐就給酒店前台了，我承認我是被你們宣傳圖騙了，進來一看完全貨不對板，這也就算了，問題是牀頭櫃周圍的橘子皮？進門的瓜子頭髮？電視櫃牀頭櫃到處是灰，那麼大的垃圾不清理？衞生間也是絕，千里迢迢跑過來考試，遇到個這樣子的驚喜，要不是實在太晚找不到其他酒店，真的是睡得渾身難受，衣服都不敢脱，真是糟糕！頭一次寫那麼長的評價，真是絕絕子。
