Ibis Hotels in Chengdu

Overall it’s ok staff willing help all times even they couldn’t speak English but we used translate app to close language gap 😂 breakfast good even many carbohydrates foods 😂 but acceptable Location: it’s not near metro station as put in trip.com description actually it far from central metro unable reach there we’ve to take tram but it’s near tram station around 500 M. Many restaurants and street foods near hotel so we enjoyed stay here.

Im indonesian chinese with 6 people in family. We stayed 2 standard rooms, their breakfast is western and chinese choice with fruits and cereal, suitable for kids and old people too. And they are not strict with the people go in. Then the things so help us are their washing machine and drying machine seperately and freely for us to wash our dress, small sports area. The other cute things are their hotel prepare 2 robbots for delivery which could be able to take lift and go our room then making a call to our room table phone, then we open the door, the robbots ready delivered our necessaries. Every day, my daughter asked for kids gift from them, they offer diff gift for her and the last day, the gave panda doll, my daughter feel so happy with them.

Very clean and friendly staff! Close to Gaoshengqiao metro station and has local food, boba, and shopping places nearby including a Walmart!

Had a very pleasant experience. Hotel is facing a road cross section but the noise insulation is excellent. Smart toilet here means a warmed seat, autumn l auto flushing but not bidet Cleaning staff especially attentive to details and considerate. Laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers. Nearest metro station is Luomashi L1. Food outlets, mini marts, supermarkets, convenience stores are nearby, some 24 hours.

The hygiene is average. There is something like tape on the toilet of one room, which is sticky. The floor drain of the bathroom in another room is smelly, but the staff is very good and dealt with it immediately. When placing the order, I noted that I wanted a high floor, but I was arranged on the first floor, which was dark and the house outside blocked the sunlight. I can understand that the rooms are tight during the May Day holiday, but! Room 101 is next to the restaurant. In the morning, I can clearly hear the sound of dishes and chopsticks colliding and the noise. It affects my sleep. The location is good. It is about 500 meters away from the subway entrance. It is very convenient to go to Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley. It is also close to Chengdu West Station. It seems to be about four stations away. The service of the front desk guy is good, thumbs up. This is the feeling of my family and I. Everyone should consider it comprehensively!

As we have stayed a night longer than we planned,then I guess I can only praise. Everyone needs to see if it works for you. We were happy with a location, price, breakfast and a room, I wouldn't have nothing against to stay here again🌞

I brought my kids here to play and visit relatives and friends. The front desk of the hotel provided children's slippers and toothbrushes for the children. The children's breakfast is free, which is very humane. The selection of cakes is very exquisite, and my son ate a lot [grin]. The room is also clean and very good. I highly recommend it.

Facilities: The hot water supply is normal, the TV and air conditioner are effective, and all necessary items are in sufficient supply. Hygiene: Auntie tidied up very well and did not change any personal belongings. Environment: The sound insulation is good. There are many shops selling various things near the hotel. It is very convenient. The transportation is convenient. It is close to the East Station and it is very convenient to go to other places. Service: The front desk service is very good. There is a small robot delivering food directly to the door. Check-in and check-out are very fast, even very early or late at night.

Cheap and Cheerful place downtown ChengDu, and there's nothing wrong with it. You step outside the hotel and can walk around and see quirky things just around the corner (see photo). This is in keeping with the hotel which is pretty quirky, with its coffee bar and arty decor. Of course if you want to go upscale, that's easy as the hotel is next to expensive restaurant with 'western' style foods. We just went around the corner where a small restaurant made dumplings, great stuff. We didn't travel thousands of miles to eat same food we eat in 'da west'!!
