Facilities: The smart home system is excellent for short stays. The delivery robot is incredibly fast, almost no waiting time. The delivery phone rings softly, so it doesn't startle you but is still audible – very thoughtful. The rain shower and smart toilet are fantastic and really enhance the travel experience. Hygiene: Cleanliness is top-notch, efficient, timely, and meticulous. The laundry facilities (washer/dryer) in the common area are very convenient. Environment: It's just a short walk over the sky bridge to Taikoo Li, offering a quiet escape in a bustling area – an excellent location. The room layout is also good, not cramped. Next time, I'd like to try a different room type. Food: The breakfast selection is comprehensive, with new items daily, and the taste is good. The staff at the hot food station are very enthusiastic! Service: This is the most outstanding part. The front desk staff, both men and women, are professional, gentle, and incredibly attentive. They're always smiling and go above and beyond, truly professional. Every single one of them deserves high praise!👍

The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, including a Xiaodu voice control system. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and considerate, greeting us warmly every time we left or returned, offering warm tea and water, making us feel right at home. The housekeeping lady was particularly memorable; she had a very kind face and was always smiling. She sincerely greeted us every time we saw her in the hallway, and even helped call the elevator if we were near it, which was very heartwarming. The hotel's location was also excellent, very close to Metro Line 13, near Du Fu Thatched Cottage and Huanhuaxi Park, and only a five or six-minute walk from the Sichuan Museum. We stayed for five nights and had a very satisfying and unforgettable stay.

I absolutely adore this hotel! Coming to Chengdu this time to visit Du Fu Thatched Cottage, choosing this hotel was truly a hidden gem. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves photography and tranquil scenery. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the cottage, and right outside is Huanhua Creek. It's an oasis of calm amidst the bustle, and the ambiance is simply amazing. The entire courtyard is designed in an elegant new-Chinese style, with grey tiles, winding corridors, lush bamboo groves, and koi ponds. Every step offers a poetic view. The best part is that all areas within the courtyard are free for photography, with no extra charges or time limits. Whether you're wearing Hanfu or a Qipao, taking casual photos by the red corridors, bamboo shadows, or carved windows will yield stunning traditional Chinese-style pictures. You don't have to contend with crowds at tourist spots. In the soft morning light, the photo results far exceeded my expectations. The rooftop observation deck also offers a superb panoramic view of the entire Du Fu Thatched Cottage garden. The room was clean and tidy, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the courtyard's greenery. I could enjoy the garden views right from my bed. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful rest. The staff were warm and friendly, check-in was efficient, and they even proactively recommended the best photo spots in the courtyard and gave helpful directions for touring Du Fu Thatched Cottage. The breakfast had a rich variety, including a full spread of Sichuan snacks. Whether traveling solo or with girlfriends, the scenery, photo opportunities, and overall accommodation experience were all impeccable. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Chengdu.

I was in Sichuan for a business trip and stayed at this hotel for a few days; overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were very pleasing to the eye, spoke softly, and had excellent service attitudes. On the first day, I was given a lower floor room, and they specifically informed me that there was a bar street downstairs, so there might be some noise at night. I personally found it acceptable, and they even thoughtfully prepared earplugs and an eye mask. Later, due to work requirements, I needed a quieter environment, and they kindly helped me move to a higher floor. The room had a mini-fridge, and after being out in the scorching sun, it was incredibly refreshing to come back and have a cold drink.

The room had excellent natural light, and the windows were well-sealed. The soundproofing was great; I couldn't hear any outside noise at night, which allowed for a very peaceful sleep. The service was also good, with prompt responses to my requests.

The rooms were impeccably clean, and the entire staff, from housekeeping to the restaurant and front desk, were incredibly dedicated and attentive. Even though it's a new hotel with some hardware still being completed, their prompt problem-solving and excellent management perfectly compensated for any shortcomings. I extended my stay and was very satisfied with everything. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. A big thanks again to the front desk for all their help. Even late at night, I saw them diligently at their posts. The hotel might consider providing them with chairs and throat lozenges – they really seem to work hard sometimes.

The hotel is quite new with excellent facilities. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were very welcoming and helpful. Its location is fantastic, right at the start of Qintai Road, which has a park where many people dance. There's also a Sichuan Opera theater there, attracting quite a few tourists. At the other end of Qintai Road, you'll find Longsenyuan and Huangcheng Laoma Hotpot, both just a 5-minute walk away. Getting to Kuanzhai Alley from the hotel only takes about ten minutes on foot. The hotel breakfast was also good, offering local specialties like dandan noodles and chao shou (wontons).
