The overall room configuration is acceptable, and the experience is okay. It might be because it's a little close to the elevator door, so the soundproofing isn't ideal. Also, the restaurant's morning menu is fixed. While the food is good, it lacks variety. One morning, there weren't many people, and there were only four tables including mine, but she served the wrong two set menus. Also, it's only in the morning, with no other time slots like dinner or supper. The towels and bath towels provided were a little damp and not very dry, probably because they weren't dried properly. Hot water wasn't available 24/7. But overall, it was acceptable. The staff were very friendly, and there were plenty of bottled water. I'd consider staying here again.

A suite for just a few hundred bucks? That was a pleasant surprise! The service was truly excellent, especially the gentleman from the bell desk department – very professional and courteous. It completely exceeded my expectations, on par with or even better than the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai, haha. I'm writing this review because of him; I never usually review hotels. Highly recommended! It's also just a one-minute walk from the antique market. Perfect!
