No, I stayed for two days on the 7th and 8th, and checked out on the 9th. I paid for 3 days, but the last day's fee is still not refunded? It’s already been 4 days, why are you delaying? I called and they kept saying 3 to 5 working days. How long has it been?

This time I was really pissed off. The room was full of bugs at night. The security came in with insecticide in the middle of the night. How could we live there after spraying it? We asked the front desk to change the room but they refused to do so. Their attitude was terrible. We called them three times and they were very reluctant to change our room.

連續續住兩次，整體滿意。
地理位置好，酒店隔壁兩家麪包店，方便解決早餐。對面是超市，超市隔壁有零食超市，零食超市旁邊的巷子走進去有很多小吃店，對親子出行很友好。
衞生不錯，房間打掃及時，一次性用品補充及時。
前台服務不錯，入住第二天我需要換房間但12點前趕不回去。前台提出可以幫我搬行李。但我自己不願意陌生人收拾我私人物品，跟前台協商推遲退房，前台同意，問題解決003。
驚喜的是，有天我回房間發現，酒店幫我洗了衣服，住過這麼多次酒店，酒店主動免費洗衣服的還是第一次碰到。
下次去城固還會再次選擇

每次出差我都到這家酒店來，前台服務不錯，態度也很好，房間乾淨衞生，周邊的美食超級多，還有免費停車場🅿️，性價比超級高，更離譜的是我出去了一趟回來發現客房大姐竟然還把我的襪子都洗了，非常不可思議，推薦來住哦

必須給這家酒店的服務點贊！工作人員全程耐心細緻，特別是叫什麼丹丹的美女，主動幫忙搬運行李送我到房間，還貼心提醒周邊景點和交通攻略。房間還很大，入住給我贈送了小禮品，裏面還挺多物品有蒸汽眼罩，馬桶座墊，小紙巾這些小物件都準備得很到位。房間的設備也不錯，空調效果挺好打開一會就很涼快。酒店位置也不錯周邊小吃和超市好多，前台員工還推薦了對面的熱米皮還挺不錯，值得推薦！
