衞生不好，在房間裏見到了這輩子見過的最大的蟑螂；洗澡地漏不通，會水漫金山；早餐很簡單，衹有一碗米線；晚上超級吵，像有人在你頭頂嗷嗓子，一直會持續到23點像在ktv睡覺。服務很冷漠，基本沒啥服務意識。
湖邊風景不錯，離湖邊100米。

嚴重避雷！整個旅程最大的敗筆就是定了這個酒店，説是酒店，還不如民宿，不知道前面的好評是怎麼來的，沒人勇敢評價嗎？
衞生：相當差，到處都是臟臟舊舊的，毛巾還泛黃
環境：對面是沙灘，遊客唱歌難聽，聲音50-70分貝之間，不清楚有多大可以這麼想象，就是在你房間跳廣場舞，一直到晚上11點多。
服務：基本沒什麼服務，早餐就一碗麪
設施：要入住酒店要先進景區，每人15元，整個景區晚上非常昏暗，到處破破爛爛的。

房間裏是好看的，但衞生不行，腳踏放腳都覺得臟，浴帽是打開了的，看着像用過。基本沒有服務意識，問點兒啥都是拽拽的，基本沒有服務意識。總的來説就是不值

帶小朋友去祿充玩，這家酒店位置不錯房間也很好，就是服務不行。從老闆就沒意識，如果服務跟得上應該會更好！祿充的景真美！

中肯的來説，在祿風景區內算裝修較新的，但服務態度簡直絕了，車停酒店自帶停車場被要收費時打電話聯繫酒店被老闆還是負責人罵了一頓，大致就是質問我們為什麼沒事先跟前台講車牌，關鍵是沒有任何人事先告訴我們需要和前台報車牌啊。退房要發票，態度也非常惡劣。前台常常沒有人，過節人多我們能理解，可感覺就是一言不合顧客就要被罵

想上屋頂拍拍照片，一把大鎖把門，請老闆打開，口頭答應就是不做，厲害👍，最終也沒拍成。還有，早餐真是烏拉西，還是不要訂早餐吧，浪費錢。外面有吃的。

在祿充景區內，有自己的停車場，停車方便，酒店離湖很近，出遊方便，就在筆架山下，去爬筆架山很近。房間乾淨，感覺不足是早餐太簡單，衹有米線或麪，加一個雞蛋，不過味道還不錯！

就在撫仙湖邊上，下樓就是湖畔，很方便。設施新，房間比較明亮。洗澡水壓夠大。服務人員的態度也不錯。條件在本地民宿裏面應該算可以的，但是也不好期待太高。洗浴間的設定不太合理，水容易漫出來。洗手間的地板也有點滑，需要提醒家人小心。自動感應燈無法關掉還太亮了，有點影響睡眠。湖畔的KTV會持續到晚上11點，還好到點就會停。
