實在是特別的差才會去差評。晚上十點多到的，弄好十二點想睡覺，床上到處都是細小的顆粒沙子。服務員不相信，上門看了後才換的房間，弄好十二點半。衞生真的是差，冰箱裏麪是不知道哪個租客留下來的乾癟癟的蓮霧，櫥櫃和廁所櫃子裏面臟兮兮臭烘烘的。比老家50塊錢的名宿都不如。換了之後的房子勉強能住，第二天太累原本想延遲退房的，沒同意後衹能再多住了一天。現在在萬寧神州半島，同樣的價格，不知道好了多少。

整體很不錯。因為當天晚上入住很晚了，客服就近找了套房子給我們住，房間很大，冰箱空調洗衣機一應俱全，對我們帶長者小孩環島旅行的人來説非常實用，既可以滿足冷藏葯物的需要，還可以洗洗當天換下的衣服。當然還有燃氣灶吸煙機和炊具，不過我們也用不着。陽台早上還可以看日出。

落地海口已經中午，自駕西線第一站住宿選擇了這，路途時間都是比較合適的。如果去看火烈鳥，可以和房東提住比較近的樓。

春節期間這個價格已經是很便宜了。特別是家庭出遊可以住四人，就在紅樹林小區裏面，環境好。但入住時由於衹有一兩個員工，前台竟然門鎖着，到了房間，鑰匙又送錯，燈壞的，垃圾桶衞生間都沒清潔。窗台很多灰塵。但服務態度不錯，這些問題都一一解決了。這個價錢，也不能更多要求人家。
店家服務態度還是好的。
