Hotel did not provided extra bed inspite of charging for three guests, only one towel was provided for thee person, no hot water and moreover, Hotel staff is very rude, arrogant and non-co-operative.

Room was ok. But towels were given after one day. Tv was not working and too small for that room. 3rd bed was not given. Even 3rd pillow we have to ask for it.

The place is good but the service was very worst experience , our relatives are not satisfied and basic amenities are not provided properly in future we are not recommended to any of our friends 😭😭

Room is good and ac is also good. Linen is also neat and clean. But the washroom is not being maintained well. Taps are very dirty and not working properly. Also the tiles and commode need to be cleaned properly and maintained well. Also, no toiletries are being provided including handwash. Complimentary breakfast is also not being provided. But the restaurant is excellent and all the food items are super delicious.
