Stay was ok but cleanliness could be improved a bit. Breakfast was basic. Not bad for price and would stay again if in the area.

The hotel is an excellent one. Only downside we found is that the swimming pool was a tad small. We were well taken care of. Look forward to staying there again.

We felt super welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we alighted our transport from the airport. The staff were all pleasant and warm, making the stay really comfortable and cosy. Room was comfortably sized and clean, toilet was also clean. There were many channels to watch on the TV. Breakfast was great, we especially loved the live stations where we can order dosa and scrambled eggs. Loved the chai.  Our room was also facing the river and we could raptor watch quite close from our window! Super exciting watching Black Kites swooping around.  The only down side is that soundproofing wasn’t the best and amenities look a little aged, but we aren’t too bothered and still enjoyed our stay. Thank you Radisson front desk and housekeeping staff!

My kids give ratings for 4/10, why issued single room key? Why no water battle service poor?no local tv channel until I request? The entrance reception is not a good atmosphere.. only breakfast is okay .. too expensive service is low!!, $160 worth it??😔

My stay at the Radisson Blu at Egmore for 3 days was absolutely a gem. From the moment we arrived on 12 June 2025, we had warm welcome from the concierge and attentive service from the reception staff. The room given was on the first floor, which was impeccably clean, spacious, with a stunning view of the city.The bathroom was freshly cleaned and well stocked with tissue paper and toiletries . The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.The Manager , Chef, and Waiter presents a professional and polished image that contributes to the overall dining experience. Manager Selvakumar was always seen talking to guests getting feedbacks and reassuring to our needs. Exclusively the restaurant has a big wooden cart with a young boy serving boiling coffee and tea. Overall the hotel's attention to commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. This hotel is in the city and convenient location to all local amenities I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience."
