The Residency Towers Chennai

We loved our stay here! Cleanliness to service was brilliant. Coming from Singapore, we were little worried about the hotel and cleanliness but with no doubt it was superb. Infact we don't have a complaint. We had hotel breakfast, dinner buffet, dinner ala carte at the ground level restaurant (part of the hotel) food was good, ambience is beautiful and I must say Navaneeth and ashiq were such warm and friendly boys, serving with smiles, checking on us and even other customers esp elderly folks. That is one of the best service etiquettes we have seen. Their communication skills with a little humour was a hats off! Definitely coming back and definitely recommending family and friends. Totally no regrets. Thank you residency towers team. Keep up the good work and spirit!

The stay was pleasant . The receptionist Sundar , Sidharth , Ravi and Seena really made the check in and check out process easier . The breakfast was nice as well .

We stayed for 3 nights. Our welcome platter arrived when we were about to check out. On the 2nd day, there were no towels provided. After numerous calls, it arrived 30 mins later at about 3.30pm, stating that they were out of towels.

The breakfast spread was good but not impressive . I expected it ti be better than the other great hotel next door. :-)

Very pleasant stay. Staff very helpful and always with a smile. Facilities were good. Room was big and comfortable. Sunset from the Sky restaurant was amazing.

The place is over priced and infested with mosquitoes. You can complain all you can no one will care. Very basic staple tasteless food is served for breakfast. Upon checkout 10 staff wait greedily for tips

The hotel entrance is highly congested because vehicles are permitted to park ***** the driveway. This creates an unsafe environment for pedestrians and makes access to the entrance difficult.

My second time stay at this hotel. Stay was nice they’ll also help us to visit Tirupati and Mahabalipuram.

The tap water runs with brown water. Had to brush our teeth with mineral water during all our stays. No improvement even after reporting the issue. All requests for higher floor rooms, connecting rooms with kids were not even delivered. Its really a poor service
