I truly enjoyed my stay. Checkin staff Aishwarya, Balchander were so polite, answered all my queries and had genuine warmth. The tone, attitude and customer centric service is outstanding. Athulya and Ganesan assisted too and helped me with information and transport. Hotel food was delicious. Rashid makes you feel you are her family. Explained dishes, ensure you enjoy the culinary experience. I am awaiting to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ambika Empire. The hospitality of the staff was truly exceptional, especially the General Manager, Mr. Kalainathan, and the Food & Beverage Manager, Mr. Rajesh, who were extremely courteous and attentive. Every staff member from the bell boys to the reception team was warm, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast was amazing, with great variety and taste. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

I got the corner room. Wifi barely worked. The housekeeping forgot to leave towels in my room. I asked at the reception to bring them so that I can take a shower before getting sleep. They did so not until the next day. Breakfast was basic.

Great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

The team managed by Mr Yuvaraj ( Starting from the doormen Mr Philip to reception staffs, Breakfast team Ms Rokie,Ms Nasima, etc, The house keeping team) had provided excellent service throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The hotel is quite old, but overall it’s not bad. The location is strategic, though it can be noisy. I’m a light sleeper, and the loud horn noise outside made it difficult for me to sleep well. My main concern was cleanliness. The cup in the room was not clean, and the bed linen did not seem to be changed or had many old stains, which was disappointing. Breakfast options were limited, and the dining space was quite small. However, the food itself was standard and acceptable. The breakfast staff were very proactive—they checked what we wanted and served quickly, which was very good and appreciated. Overall, the stay was acceptable. Its worth for the price, I think it’s reasonable.

We really enjoyed out stay at the property.
