Where do I begin? Travelling with a toddler is no easy task, and the team at Taj Connemara made it worthwhile, smooth, and exciting. It all began with Ms Jasmine who religiously followed up with all our requests and requirements for childproofing the Heritage Room we stayed. From additional mineral water bottles, bumpers on furniture, soft toys for bath, and an excellent baby cot, Ms Jasmine coordinated with her ground team and got everything ready before we checked in. The icing on the cake was the remarkable welcome gift for our daughter consisting of excellent baby skincare products from an established brand.
The stay itself was fantastic with a cosy room, abundance of toiletries, and exceptional breakfast. Shoutout to Mr Baskaran for attending to all our breakfast requests for our daughter. The baby dosa was a hit!
Located in a prime spot in Chennai next to Spencer Plaza and the newer EA Mall, Taj Connemara is strategic. Travel to major shopping centres and traditional clothing stores was made easy.
Last but not least, the hospitality and polite service offered by the staff of Taj Connemara was nothing short of amazing. They made our short trip to Chennai a memorable one and we look forward to coming again very soon!
