This hotel is located right under the metro, next to the airport, which makes it an ideal spot if you're traveling by plane. At the entrance, there are popular chain restaurants known for their vegetarian meals and a tea stand, plus a shopping mall is just a 5-minute walk away. I stayed in a single room with shared toilet and shower facilities. There's only one, so if someone starts showering, you can't use the toilet for a while. The room seemed clean at first glance, and there probably weren't any bed bugs. However, when I woke up in the morning, there were a lot of cockroach-like bugs. I suppose that might be expected given the price and location. The only amenities provided were water and soap.

It is a decent transit hotel conveniently located in the Metro building. It serves the purpose for travellers needing a quick rest. They are quick to help guests check in and check out. It is definitely worth it if you need just a place to catch some sleep and then travel onwards.

Okay for transit, but bathroom & service were disappointing Room was small but fine for a short layover. The shared bathroom was very dirty—I didn’t even dare to shower. Room smelled musty too. The hotel was hard to find, and the staff who contacted me via WhatsApp was unhelpful—sent me a photo of the building instead of a proper map showing how to get inside. Only stay here if you’re desperate for a quick nap near the airport.

Good comfortable bed and close to airport. Bad Dangerous surroundings area not safe for women or foreigners. I was lost and the local auto drivers tried to charge me 200-500 rupees to take me to the hotel. Even the staff were appalled and said maximum would be 50 rupees because I was actually standing outside the hotel. Ugly This experience has left a bad impression and I will not use this hotel again

This hotel is conveniently located directly above the metro station, which is connected to the airport. However, the entrance is a bit hard to find, tucked away behind a staircase and quite small. My room had no windows, which felt a bit enclosed, but it was acceptable for just sleeping there late at night. It was inconvenient when I tried to store my luggage after check-out, only to be told they didn't have any storage facilities.

Please do not book this hotel if you are in transit between 11 pm and 6 am. The hotel telephone number is the wrong number, and you would not even get to the entrance of the hotel as it’s inside the metro which opens at working hours. You t was such a waste of money

There is a shopping mall within walking distance and some eatery shops just next to Grace Residency. Around 500m walking to Chennai airport, there is a metro station right on top of Grace Residency. And i saw somd buses at airport terminal. Very convenient location if just transit at Chennai airport or a short stay. Saw a few cockroaches in the female toilet though.
