Extremely Poor Hotel – Not Recommended We stayed at this hotel on the first day, but the condition was so poor that we had to leave and move to another hotel. The photos shown online are very misleading and make the hotel look much better than it actually is. The building is very old and poorly maintained. There was dampness and mould visible on the ceilings and in several areas of the room. The toilets, shower area and commode were in extremely poor and unhygienic condition. The pillows were very dirty, the bedding and other fabrics looked badly stained and unclean, and even the chairs were dirty. The floor was sticky when walking on it, which clearly showed that the room had not been properly cleaned. There was also no working air conditioning. I spent around 30 minutes waiting and trying to get the air conditioning working, but it was completely unusable. The customer service was also extremely disappointing. When I contacted reception/customer service and asked for help to move to another hotel, the staff did not properly explain that moving to a higher-rated room even i booked best room, would involve an additional payment. The whole experience was frustrating and showed very poor customer service. I have attached photos showing the actual condition of the room, toilets, pillows, chairs and other areas. The pictures speak for themselves. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The hotel is in very poor condition, unhygienic and badly maintained, and the service was equally poor. I would not recommend this hotel at all, especially to international travellers. Please do not rely only on the photos shown online—see the actual condition before booking.

Happy to be there. An excellent property. The staff is very courteous. While I was at the corridor I met Shiva Housekeeping Manager, he is a gem of a person. I must recommend your hotel to my family, friend & colleagues.

A great place to stay wuth family. My daughter was really enjoying her stay. Room are spacious, clean and hygienically prepared. Restaurant food & breakfast was yummy . I met Mr. Shiva once on the floor and is a nice professional. Lovely stay and recommended.

This was my business trip, and I had a pleasant stay. The hotel room was neat and clean. The hotel manager Mr. Patel took great care of me throughout my stay. The staff was courteous and the service was excellent. Overall it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I arrived at the Hotel Late yesterday and Unfortunately there was a Breakdown of Security in delivery of my suitcase to my Room. Which Luckily didn't end My Holiday. Alex who is In-charge of Front counter Staff,Thoroughly looked into the Failures Today which contributed to this happening . I am Very Happy with what he Must do with Security and Front counter Staff to Up there Skills making Sure Nothing is Out of Place. Working as a Team similar to how the Airport Security Works. The breakfast Staff are very helpful and if you want to have something different on Offer it is Not a problem to Assist. The Swimming pool has been repaired and the Water is a Comfortable temperature and depth to accommodate exercises. Yes a Old place but they are improving bit by bit. You will find the Hotel comfortable with Soft pillows as well

It is a good comfortable hotel. Mr. Rahul from room cleaning was very helpful. Ms. Tumpa from the reception desk was also very helpful and flexible.

Stayed at this hotel in October 2025. Had booked the Deluxe room which turned out to be extremely run down. Poor cleanliness, no hot water, Payed extra and upgraded to the premium room. That room, though slightly better, was not premium with the bath tub being extremely dirty and the shower fittings not working properly.

Great experience staying at pride hotel and Rahul took great care of us very genuine
