The overall experience of the property was out of this world.Ambience,location and staff everything was just perfect as you can see seven sister waterfalls from your cottage only.The suprise planned by Pradeep Chakraborty(house keeping executive) just made our day.

The hotel is highly overpriced for what it offers. The room are small, average interior, oddly the wardrobe is located inside the bathroom, no proper space to keep the luggage, small balcony overlooking roof of other cottages. Unfortunate, the only attraction this property offers “ Seven Sister falls” were almost dry. Lot of construction work in progress within the property makes the ambience shabby. Food is average. However the staff is extremely courteous and makes every effort to please you. Website glorifies the actual property which is just below par. We certainly wouldn’t visit polo Orchid Resort resort again.

We stayed for a day in polo orchid hotel. Excellency and Tynrai took us for a short Trek. It was fun to spend time with local people for. We appreciate the hotel staff for food and their hospitality. Special thanks to Excellency and Tynrai. They both were very professional.

Tynrai and Excellency were wonderful in their customer service. They both took care of us on our stay and they also took us on a hike to Motp*****. We highly recommend to stay here and get in touch with these folks. A lot of good views from the hotel as well.

Kudos to the entire team of Polo Orchid. It is a beautiful resort with the most amazing view. Mr. Pawan was of great help and gave us good recommendations for places to visit nearby! The staff went up and beyond to make our stay extra special for our anniversary. Additionally, Sohra house has amazing food and ambience! Highly recommended.

actually i booked two rooms but we got one room and one cottage cottage was good but rooms where so horrible would never ask any one to select rooms they charge like anything but not at all in good condition the rooms r so cheap in room not even good washrooms, beds were like cheap hotel smell was coming even staff was not good and colour pop out the condition was so worst i had so bad experience of hotel rooms n otherside cottage was good compare to rooms so this hotel need to maintain the standards and they have too much of attitude because they gave good restaurant view of seven sisters and even the furniture was cheap and for me to stay was like such a bad experience and they should refund us and was booked same categories but they changed it and we had to fight but less options so cant help it n was not good

This was an unexpectedly wonderful stay. The hotel is tucked away in the corner of Sohra Cherrapunji with a great view. The service was excellent, the staff was very helpful and courteous and the food was great. We were there for 2 nights. They have superb live music that plays Indian and Western remixes. A bonfire for the cold February evening. The rooms were beautiful and overlooked the Bangladesh border. Awesome experience.

Hats off food, amazing service and delighted to do come fetch up again and dine with the best cocktails and mocktails served by Mr Augustine who firmly advice the best food and drinks as well..... ☺☺☺☺I strongly recommend to come taste the best of the best at polo orchid.
