We tried to treat our kids to a little getaway and so they could swim for the weekend. The pictures online that represented the pool area, I assume are very outdated - no hot tub and it reeked of mold and mildew throughout. Obvious bacterial growth evident on all pool window sills. Black mold growth in the vents of our room AC/heat unit. Curtain in room had at least 15 different disgusting stains on it. Bathroom floor was always damp and stinky, like there is trapped water under the cheap laminite flooring. Acquired a sinus infection by the time of check out.
Trashy guest sneaking in a large family through the side door. You can tell half of the people working there actually cared while the other half were just irritated waiting for their next smoke break (especially the woman annoyingly checking us in on Sat, Feb 14th, literally complaining to me that "she'll never get away from the desk" to have a smoke). Will never return, although the nice location is their only selling point.
