some kid called hicks stole my money roughly around 490 dollars he is a rich person thinking he is so privileged then he took my wife bc he is flexing my money but the hotel has good service though. watch out for him though do come here anyway as it is a good stay as he has been caught.

They were accommodating with our arrival time. Great service. Room was very clean and well appointed. Beds were soft and comfortable. It was perfect for us as it is directly across the road from the pickup point for the ballon flights. We will be back

The beds are very comfortable, rooms clean and refreshed most days. Friendly customer service and nothing is too much trouble. Undercover parking, and great facilities close by.

On arrival I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who made my check in seamless. The room was big, beds very comfortable and room was really clean. The only let down here was the inconsiderate noisy neighbours in rooms next to our who were shouting into the early hours of the morning. At 2.57am their car alarm went off just as police arrived. They quietened down for a couple of hours until 5.45am they all started shouting again. Apart from lack of sleep the Jackaroo is a great little country Motel that I would recommend.

Comfortable, clean & affordable. Easy access from the car to the room with heaps of parking space. The room is spacious & accessible. Everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. Friendly and welcoming staff! I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Had a very comfortable stay at Jackaroo. Staff were very helpful, rooms well appointed. Bed was VERY soft and we slept well. Wife and I really enjoyed the salt water pool, perfect amount of chlorine so no sore eyes after the swim. Jackaroo is on the southern entrance to Mareeba, so easy access when visiting the rest of the tablelands, either south, east or west. Heaps of parking space per room. With a Land Cruiser, its usually 'interesting' fitting into parking spaces, but no issues at all here. Plan to stay here again on our next visit to the Tablelands

The room was fine, big shower, good quality towels and toiletries provided. Unfortunately the bottom sheet wasn’t quite big enough for the bed. Our only other issue was the parking outside our side room as it wasn’tclear if we could reverse park in our space.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Room was very big with a double and a single bed. Perhaps a small table and chairs or lounge seat would have made room look less stark. Shower rose didn't sit properly in hook and water pressure seemed low. Foxtel and wifi available.
