la pulizia non è ottimale in tutte le camere , alcune presentano muffa e segni di scarsa pulizia e i pasti sono pietosi, la maggior parte del cibo che ci è stato servito è surgelato e con aspetto improponibile. Le camere che abbiamo trovato pulite sono in ottime condizioni e il personale non è particolarmente accogliente .

Struttura molto accogliente e pulita, si mangia benissimo e il personale veramente fantastico, ci hanno accolto e coccolati durante un evento sportivo. Simpatici, cordiali e gentili. Esperienza molto positiva, speriamo di ritornare presto

Struttura datata ma molto pulita e ben tenuta da parte della proprietà. Personale molto qualificato e di rara disponibilità; sempre orientato al problem solving anche di fronte a tematiche legate ai giovani e ai giovanissimi. Proprietà sempre sul pezzo ed orientata alla clientela. La qualità del cibo di ottimo livello. La sensazione è stata di sentirsi a casa pur non essendolo.

ho soggiornato presso il Grand Hotel , solo due notti perché mi trovavo a chianciano per lavoro ho apprezzato la posizione centralissima , il parcheggio riservato e video sorvegliato . camere ampie e pulitissime

Rocco Vincenzo MOTTA Ho soggiornato in questa bellissima struttura per una settimana, per il convegno sui servizi demografici organizzato dall’ANUSCA. Albergo bellissimo, massima attenzione e cortesia camera spaziosa e pulita, personale cortese e disponibile a partire dai receptionists Giada e Umberto a tutto lo staf alberghiero. Colazione con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato con il cappuccino tra i migliori bevuti. Anche la cucina ottima i piatti che soddisfano il palato: tutto veramente buono. Grazie davvero! ci tornerò sicuramente

il grand hotel le fonti ha riaperto con un nuovo management e il nuovo staff esprime grande accoglienza e gentilezza, anche la pulizia è un gradino sopra. Una struttura da sogno nel suo genere. Lo consiglio tanto è un hotel stupendo Mi sono trovata davvero benissimo

Ночевали одну ночь в этом отеле в несезон во время автопутешествия по Тоскане. Вызвал неоднозначные впечатления. В отеле не видели ни одного гостя, кроме персонала. Даже какое то жутковатое ощущение было вечером… В номере было очень холодно, пол в санузле просто ледяной, включали кондиционер на обогрев. Интерьер в отеле неплохой, гранд-отель все таки. Но в номере не было ни чайника, ни тапочек, ни халата, ни ложки для обуви…. Вроде мелочи, а без них плохо… Завтраки не смогли оценить, нужно было уезжать рано утром. Вернуться почему то не хочется. И отель тут не при чем, наверное, мне само Кьянчано Терме не зашло, - скучно и очень размеренно. Виды и природа, безусловно красивые!

Vi ho soggiornato in occasione di un congresso in compagnia di un buon numero di persone non vedenti. Camere spaziose e comode, bagno con doccia di nuova ristrutturazione. Vicinissimi alle piscine theia che sono raggiungibili anche con una bella passeggiata. La cucina è curata e molto varia ,la colazione ricca e per tutti i gusti. Ciò che però ha fatto davvero la differenza è il personale: di autentica sensibilità ai bisogni del cliente , tempestivi, attenti , sempre pronti al sorriso. Insomma quella professionalità unita all'esperienza e sensibilità che è sempre più raro trovare. Una bella squadra che lascia il segno. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
