Travelodge Nimman

The public areas have a very artistic design, but the room facilities and linens are just average.

The room was clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. The location is very close to Nimman Road, just a short walk through an alley. It's about a 10-minute walk to Maya Mall.

The front desk staff are always available, friendly, and patient. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options.

The hotel is pretty good overall. You can take the hotel's free shuttle to Nimman and Maya, and taxis are also very convenient in Chiang Mai. The rooms are spacious, but there are no toothbrushes or toothpaste, and only flip-flops are provided. If you mind, bring your own. The hygiene is good. We stayed in T2, and there was some airplane noise, but it was generally fine. We usually came back late at night and fell asleep immediately. It's still great value for money.

This is my second stay here, and I was impressed. This time, I noticed a slight change in the service, but given the convenient location and the room itself, I think I might come back again.

Perfect location, right in the heart of Nimman Road. Step outside and you're surrounded by popular restaurants and massage parlors. Maya shopping mall is also just a short walk away. The room was clean and tidy, with good hot water pressure and powerful air conditioning. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and helpful, even allowing us to store our luggage. Excellent value for money!

The hotel is spread across several buildings. The internal facilities are relatively new and clean. Since we had a child with us, we paid extra on the spot to upgrade to a larger room with a bigger bed, which made accessing the pool very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful. The location is a bit out of the way; you definitely need to call a car to get around. Walking to One Nimman is quite a distance, and while it's walkable, the roadside can be a bit complicated.

The front desk service was excellent, very friendly and welcoming. The room was also clean and hygienic. Overall, the service and price were very satisfying. If I have the chance to visit Chiang Mai again, I'll definitely choose this hotel first!
