Seriously, I can't recommend this place enough! The value for money is outstanding. It's similar to an economy chain hotel back home, but it's adults-only, which is an absolute godsend for someone like me who's a light sleeper. Even though it seems to be fully booked every day, it's incredibly quiet. There are signs in the public areas asking guests to keep noise down, which I really appreciate. Plus, the breakfast menu changes daily, and the staff are even more cheerful than the guests – you can really tell they're passionate about their work and genuinely love their jobs. They even have a lovely barista who'll make your coffee!

I'm so thrilled and proud of my decision to stay at Nova Hotel! It was a perfect experience. The hotel was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They proactively helped me with my luggage throughout my stay, without me even asking, which truly touched me 😹. Nova will definitely be my first choice when I visit Chiang Mai again. The location is superb, just right beside Palit clothing store and nearby one nimman and maya. The bed is not clean as there were bed bugs and the staff just simply provided medicine and claimed that it is mosquitoes bite.

Compact yet complete, and perfectly situated right in the heart of Nimman Road! It's incredibly close to Maya Mall and One Nimman, and all the nearby coffee shops are fantastic. Where this hotel truly shines is its exceptional service. On a rainy day when my map app wasn't working, a lovely lady from the front desk personally escorted me to my destination, holding an umbrella for me all the way! The thoughtfulness and personal care were absolutely perfect!

I spent 7 days in Chiang Mai and stay 3 different hotels. I had deep sleep in this hotel out of 3. Meaning the bed and pillow is super comfortable.

The hotel environment is nice and quiet. The staff were friendly and helped with our luggage. You can also get unlimited water from the self-service station, which is a big plus.

The facility is good. Staffs are well trained and eager to provide their services - super friendly. There are snacks and beverages providing for free at the ground floor.
The opposite place is a coffee shop called Toffee roaster (the picture). Many of my local friends claimed that it is one of the best specialties in Chiangmai - their signature blend is only 70 thb!.
However, there is no elevator here. You can call the hotel staffs to help you lift up and bring down your bags.

A super charming small hotel on Nimman Road, Chiang Mai. Stylish and cozy with great taste in every detail. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable, and smelled amazing. Staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, service felt genuinely warm. Perfect spot if you want a cute boutique stay in Nimman.
