Absolutely beautiful 🤩 I had a lovely stay here. The design of the house is gorgeous and the manager was so nice and helpful. It was very clean and comfortable. Easy to enjoy modern amenities in an antique style home.

Had a relaxing 3-night stay. Room was small but with clean bedding and towels. Appreciated the mosquito ointment (inevitable you will get bit) and good shampoo/body wash. There was a musky odor to the room which is likely attributed to the teak furniture and building. Speaking of which, there will be noise/vibrations from folks walking around. Best parts of the guesthouse are the unique Lana styling and common terrace.

Do not expect rooftop pool or restaurant, but Rak is an extremely charming hotel in a traditional lovely Thai house. The team is adorable and helpful. Highly recommend for a real and peaceful downtown experience in Chiang Mai.

Incredibly good stay in the ideal northern Thai atmosphere with cleanliness. I liked Chiang Mai all the more thanks to this hotel. Love to come back and stay again soon.

Staff are really friendly, especially the man who works in the afternoon. He always comes to greet you when you arrive at the hotel and has a big smile on his face.

This is most certainly the best place to stay in Chiang Mai. Not only is it really well located, and just five minutes away from a bunch of very nice cafes and restaurants, but also the hotel itself is very cozy and comfortable to stay in. The amneties and service is impeccable and Mr Tawan made me feel at home with his kindness and helpful nature and communication. I liked the place so much I wanted to extend my stay. Whenever I come back to Chiang Mai I will definitely stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it to everyone!
