Easy to find the place and big room for family. But their laundry service is quite terrible.

Great value for money

Hotel with big comfy beds and plenty of towels, a cab ride away from town. Friendly staff. Balcony. Small pool. Karaoke until late on weekdays, can be heard throughout hotel.

This location is very convenient for travelers with a car. However, sightseeing in Chiang Mai's Old City may be inconvenient. If you plan to explore the surrounding areas with a rental car or a hired vehicle, you can avoid the congested roads of central Chiang Mai, making travel easier. Compared to hotels in the Old City, which are at the same price, the rooms here are twice as spacious, and parking is much more convenient. I used Grab and Bolt motorbikes to go into the city center for dinner, which cost around 40–50 THB per trip.

A bit far from anything.

The entrance of the hotel is designed in a very welcoming tranquil atmosphere, surprisingly clean however some facilities is unavailable such as iron is unavailable even when requested. The staff is friendly at the reception and housekeeping, but rude kitchen organiser 🤨. Very hard to find anything in walking distance, the walk to the nearest 7/Eleven or Restaurant was a little scary. Very noisy every night because there’s always parties until very late. Not calming after a few nights of loud parties in the hotel until passed 11-12am. Need to upgrade more facilities. Bar fridge not working, broken toilet sit and shower overhead in bedroom not working as well as in the swimming pool. Swimming pool need regular cleaning and treatment, pool water smells off. I ordered single bed but after arrived they said they have only twin bed they can’t change. And a lot of mosquitoes in the room

Nice large hotel outside the city. Not alot of restaurants in the area, but the hotel does good and reasonably priced meals. Lovely swimming pool. Good maid service.

An excellent, comfortable hotel. It's very comfortable to stay here. You can walk to the city center in about 40-50 minutes, but you'll have to walk along the road. The staff is very responsive and always ready to help

The room with big bet very comfortable and this area is not far from city center. Hotel has restaurant with good food and karaoke. Easy to go to the airport Bus station Train station Some local restaurant are near by and big department Stor,Central Festival,BigC.,Tesco Lotus are on the same area.

All in this hotel was very good. Very clean and very good room service. Very helpful staff. Location about 13 minutes driving from the centre. Restaurant and breakfast are very good. We will come back for sure

The overall condition of the hotel is generally fine. The amenities are limited since it's not located in a major tourist area, but it's acceptable because it's peaceful. The breakfast is typical, nothing special.

Hotel is good Location is a bit away from Night market but still manageable by Taxi staff was good and hotel is clean will stay again

I really love about this hotel. The room is pretty big, the bed is comfy and soft. Love it.
