The location was right at the heart of old city. Walkable distance to many temples and restaurants.
!! There’s no lift/elevator !! Pack light because you’ll have to drag your baggage to your room using the stairs.
Our family room was spacious, but it always felt like there was dust on the floor. The Wi-Fi can be unstable sometimes.
The receptionist was helpful.

The room we stayed 202 need some refresh, blind is broken, toilet flooded, sound proofing is really bad. The slippers are black and dirty looking. The fridge has a sour smell.

Location is great. Right near Saturday and Sunday night market with shops, 7-11 and massage near as well. Room a bit dusty though. Reception guy was helpful and able to guide

The reception staff were great and always helpful. The cleaning staff were not great, they hardly cleaned the room on a few occasions unless we specifically asked them to, they changed our bedsheets after 3 days and complained about some marks on duvet cover from my baby mess. However the reception was very understanding on kids. Another downside was the TV had signal issues.
The location was great as all excursions booked picked us up from old town.
Overall good experience.
