Hotel is well located. 10min walk to night food market. Right outside the hotel have KFC pizza hut bakery shop which sell very good croissants and buns. There is also a self laundry right infront of teh hotel. Lotus and pharmacy also walking distance. However to get into the central old city central area/ tha pha gate area, need to walk ard 30 to 45min. Still a walkable distance though. Along the way will.pass by many temples. The hot water and water pressure is good. Can have a good bath after 1 whole day of walking :). The staff is pretty helpful and and bed is comfortable. The room i stay is quiet. Don't have much noise as it is not facing the city. It is pretty easy to get grab from the hotel to nimman, bus station and air port.

Pros: The location is good, very close to the old town, and the room isn't small. Cons: There was no hot water at the sink all day, the hot water in the shower was unstable, and there was a smell from the drain. The bar downstairs was quite noisy at night.

For the price the hotel is a great deal! Spacious room with a king size bed, big bathroom. Room was clean. The location is probably the best part. But the hotel doesn’t have many things to offer (no gym, pool, etc) and they don’t really offer much service. I would recommend the hotel for anyone who is looking for a good room with a good location, but doesn’t expect much else from their stay. It’s walking distance from Nimman and the old city.

We had a wonderful stay at Icon park, walking distance to Wat Lok Moli, and 15mins drive from airport, we took a walk to Wat Jedi Chedi Luang as well. Breakfast was good! Staff are friendly, room is spacious and clean, I would like to go back again !

We absolutely loved this place! It was affordable and spacious, and we had a great experience. It was clean and in a fantastic location, really close to the Old City. We loved it so much, we had to say it twice!
