This hotel has a beautiful design and is a fantastic place for taking photos. The pool is especially stunning — very Instagrammable and definitely one of the highlights of the property. I really enjoyed the overall look and atmosphere of the hotel.
However, I did notice that the maintenance could be better, and some areas felt like they needed more attention. The cleanliness also needs improvement, as certain spots didn’t feel as tidy as they should be for a hotel of this level.
Another issue was that the staff forgot to deliver my breakfast, but to be fair, their attitude was very polite and professional. They responded immediately once I informed them, and the problem was resolved quickly. I appreciate the effort and the good service recovery.
Overall, it’s a lovely hotel with beautiful photo opportunities and a relaxing vibe. With better maintenance and improved housekeeping, this place could easily become exceptional. I hope to see these improvements on my next visit.
