Perfect location. Comfy beds. Clean and very nice room. The aircon was blowing towards one of the beds which was pretty uncomfortable when sleeping. Pool area, stairs, and the walkway between the rooms was dirty which was inconvenient when you have kids playing around as we have. The water in the pool seemed nice and clean. Other guests was smoking **** on the balcony which you just have to be aware of before booking if you can’t get along with that. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was terrible considering the price - stone cold sausages, overcooked eggs (no option to choose scrambled or fried eggs), no fresh juice, bad coffee, cheap jam, no butter for bread, very limited selection of fruit and vegetables… Overall, I would consider to book again but definitely buy my breakfast a 100 meters down the street instead where they also have excellent coffee and fresh juice.

It’s perfectly situated—quiet and peaceful, yet still immersed in the historic atmosphere of the old town without the noise of the main streets. You can easily walk to Tha Phae Gate and several popular cafes. Starting your morning with a stroll to the local market for breakfast is such a joy. For trips to Doi Suthep or the Night Safari, it’s easy to catch a songthaew or taxi right outside. Found a gem in Chiang Mai! H Flora is my new go-to hotel 🔒 Just a 3-minute walk to the night market, so no need for taxis when you want to eat and shop. The Thai garden and pool are fantastic for photos in the evening 📸 The room was clean with no strange smells, and the bed was so soft I didn't want to get up. The mango sticky rice and Tom Yum soup at the restaurant next door are incredibly authentic! The English-speaking front desk staff were amazing, handling airport transfers and itinerary planning – their service was even better than a boyfriend's! Don't just pick any hotel in Chiang Mai; you'll fall in love with H Flora after one stay 💖

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to a bustling night market that's lively but doesn't disturb the hotel. It's also not far from Tha Phae Gate. Chiang Mai evenings are pleasantly cool, and it's just a 15-minute stroll to Tha Phae Gate after dinner. There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. My girlfriend and I even tried a SPA place recommended by the hotel – it was very professional and the massage technique was excellent. Best of all, hotel guests get a discount on massages; the hotel website says 10% off, but they actually gave us 20% off. The hotel should update that info! Both the hotel rooms and public areas are spotless, and the pool water is crystal clear – very nice.
