I just DON'T recommend this hotel. I will start saying the LOCATION is terrible!! NOT convenient at all to enjoy tourists places or going around. I don't how come it had 4.7 in location. Plus, it is infront of a ring road so the 'city view' is nothing but cars.
Second, the breakfast is only basic. Fried eggs on a tray, bread to take from the bag, and boiled vegetables. It doesn't look a Thai hotel with the amazing fruits, different kind of eggs, sweets...
And third, the breakfast starts at 7:30 which is kind of late if you join any excursion like the Elephants one. So I asked the hotel to help me solving and they couldn't even offer something to eat al 7:15 or so...
Unfortunately, I booked two nights relied on the Ctrip rate, but after all, i wanted to cancel my reservation. I wanted to talk with the manager but they said there is no manager. Owner, they don't know the owner... I asked the cancellation in the app, and the hotel refused to it....
There are plenty of very good, nice and well located hotels in Chang Mai, don't waste your money here

A drama. We went to Harmonize because of 4 stars. 1 star is not more. The cupboards in the room were dirty, hair in the shower. A power strip for electricity only worked. The "hotel" is located on an extremely busy road. Day and night nuisance. The insulation is bad: you can hear your neighbours. I cleaned the small swimming pool myself from leaves. The people at the reception hardly speak English and are not motivated. "Breakfast" should not bear the name. I had booked 4 days and left disillusioned after 1 day. More than two hundred euros back. Taxis do not come because it is too far from the centre. A drama...
