We enjoyed our five nights there. The first room we were given was terrible though - room 105- it’s like an underground dudgeon. No fresh air, a small window looking out to a curtain, everyone walks past it coming and going as it’s just past the entrance. They moved us upstairs the next morning and it was much better. The staff were very friendly and efficient. There is a great bar in the evening looking over the pool. A limited but totally acceptable breakfast is included. The lady receptionist was extremely helpful and efficient and organized a private car for a trip to the tiger emporium and lots of nearby places.

Avoid this hotel. The room is weird. There is a mirror opposite the bed. The cleaning is not thorough. When I opened the toilet lid in the first room, there was a pile of feces that had not been flushed down. Later, I was moved to another room. I felt sick all day that day and couldn't eat. It was so disgusting [disappointed R][disappointed R][disappointed R] There are small flying insects in the toilet and in the room, the most common kind in the toilet 🪰 with two wings ~ The whole room feels weird, very old, and the energy field is not good. I turned on the light all night before I fell asleep. Avoid it.

The room is small and dark, but the location is very good, very close to 711. The staff is very enthusiastic and will help with luggage. This is a must-have.

It is a small hotel in the Old City. The location was good with a 24/7 coin operated laundry right next door, a Seven-Eleven 2 minute walk up the road and a beautiful cafe/breakfast restaurant a couple of shops away. It was within walking distance to all the bars/restaurants the Old City has to offer. The staff were friendly and the included breakfast was ok. Our room fit our family of 3 and was comfortable. It was basic but suited our short stay. Our room safe did not work and wasn’t bolted down so if you are travelling with valuables don’t rely on that for safety. The pool was small but served it purpose. If you are travelling on a budget but want somewhere central with the basic mid cons, this is a recommendation.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. The hotel is as advertised. A clean small hotel in a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean with make up services daily. It has a small pool in the back which great and a really nice bar that opens in the evenings. The Bartender was very friendly and did a nice job making the drinks. I would give 5 stars for a 3 star hotel.

Very friendly staff & nice pool area. Unfortunately the room was very dirty. Big clumps of other peoples hair in the bed sheets, big dust balls all over the floor & the shower was broken with water shooting out one of the pipes. We got a double superior deluxe room but it looked nothing like the photos online!! The room was small & cramped, with a window looking from the bedroom to the hall way?! Very strange!!! We got very little sleep due to being opposite the lift & the noise of people as they past the thin glass window (you could literally have a conversation from room to corridor as the walls/ glass was so thin!) Would not recommend it! A real shame as the staff were so friendly, polite & attentive.

Small hotel within the walls of the old city in the south part. Very friendly and helpful staff. No breakfast possibilities unless you had booked them in advance but there are many alternatives within walking distance. The rooms are quite stylish but a bit small but the aircon and bathroom were excellent. Everything is very clean. There is an outside pool and small bar. To see the town you can rent a bicycle or motorbike almost next door and the tuktuks and taxis pass by continuously. There are many eating places everywhere and the Saturday night market is a bit closer by than the Sunday night market but we walked to both. There is a 7/11 across the street and the airport can be reached by taxi within 15 minutes.

A 3 star rated hotel on the inner edge of the walled city with limited parking. The rooms are very comfortable and clean This hotel is ideal for a short break, it has a pool and a bar but no restaurant and a limited continental breakfast of coffee, fruit and toast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is well served by the red bus service (30 baht/person) and tuk tuks. In general this is an ideal base for those who intend to make the most of their visit to Chiang Mai and its environment.

Very clean property throughout the entire building plus a lovely interior design. There was a well-working aircon, fridge (with 2 bottles of water per day for free), a kettle plus instant coffee & tea, hairdryer, hot shower, large and comfy bed. The wifi worked perfectly. The staff at the reception (Frank & Een) were very friendly and funny. The small complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise. In addition there are a small pool and a bar When people were talking loudly in the corridors at night it was rather disturbing. The room doors are nit well sealed or soundproof

Excellent location in the old city. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The double room we were allocated was spacious and super clean; perfect for our needs. There is a bar and a swimming pool; a little unexpected but brilliant!T! This is definitely a superb option in the old town delivering outstanding value.
