The receptionist has absolutely no service mind. Tea, coffee and toiletries will not be replenished the next day. Good location, cool air conditioning

this hotel is beyond my expectation. its a small boutique but i feel like staying in an expensive hotel. the interior is minimalist, clean and huge room too! toilet complete with tootbrush. its always fully booked that I cant check in early nor check out late bcs they are rushing to prepare and clean up the room. locationwise, as a muslim the nearest wide halal food choice is a bit far — which is located in the Chiang Mai night market (6km +-). luckily i got scooter so its not an issue for me.

Don't like it, very average

The room is very small, the front desk service is very poor, the toilet in the key bathroom cannot be flushed, and there are steps leading out of the hotel, which is particularly unfriendly for people with a lot of luggage. It is inconvenient to travel. I do not recommend it. Hotels with the same price are much more cost-effective than this one.

The hotel is very close to Nimman Plaza. The appearance of the whole building is very beautiful. The room is small and beautiful, clean, quiet and safe, but the shower space is relatively small. I stayed for two nights. There are two types of breakfast: Thai style and American style. The overall selection of packages is pretty good.

I stayed in Chiang Mai for nearly a week before Christmas. I stayed in several different hotels in the ancient city. I felt that the price was a bit high compared to the quality. However, this hotel near Nimman Road has good value for money. The location is very convenient. It is only two to three hundred meters away from No. 1 Ningman Road. It is also close to several well-known restaurants and cafes. The room is not very big but it is clean, well-equipped and relatively new. The mini swimming pool on the first floor is functional. It's not big but has a good decorative effect. There is also a cafe where you can have breakfast. The waiters are very friendly and enthusiastic.

The location is excellent, 5-10 minutes' walk from the Maya intersection. There are many lively restaurants, countless cafes and snacks nearby. The interior of the hotel is novel and clean, and the rooms are of medium size and affordable.

The hotel is new, the rooms are big and clean. The hotel staff are warm and courteous. The hotel provides guests staying in suites with an afternoon of Western-style snacks and optional tea. Breakfast is a set meal (American style or rice bowl) and some buffets. The hotel is only 6-7 minutes' walk from Maya Mall and Nimman One. There are also 7-11, Yi Chu Lotus convenience supermarket and restaurants nearby.

Clean, lovely staff, warm room, good location near tourist attractions.
