這家酒店太讓我失望了，首先房間衞生很臟，廁所都是白螞蟻。前台有個男的服務員服務態度極差，酒店樹林碰灑了殺蟲葯水，房間裏有衹壁虎，我們要求換房，他不屑一顧的給我們換了一間房型不一樣的房間，然後房間裏空調壞的，洗澡的水時冷時熱，保險箱也是壞的，我們兩個人一張床，要求多給一條被子，他要我自己拿到房間，像這樣的服務態度我從來沒碰到過。還有行李員換房的時候鑰匙一扔就走了，我們兩個女生自己拎着行李走樓梯換的，太現實了！酒店唯一好的地方就是餐廳服務了，雖然菜品不多但是每天都在更換，餐廳服務員也很熱情！這個酒店體驗感極差，在異國他鄉兩個女生也沒和他們多説什麼，下次再也不會來住這個酒店了。

Everything was great! Because we had 3 small children, we were able to get a room on the first floor 3 seconds from the pool, and since it was hot during the day, we were able to play in the pool all the time! There was a lot of greenery and I was able to relax. Breakfast is also a buffet, and you can choose from 4 types of dishes and serve them freshly. I want to stay there next time!

The hotel is decorated and arranged in a traditional style, with excellent greenery, very warm and comfortable, and good hygiene. Great breakfast. The swimming pool is clean. The waiters are very friendly and the price is very good. The only small regret is that there is no gym. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Chiang Mai!

Thai country style hotel, worth experiencing!

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a night market and a shopping mall will open soon. The hygiene is good, but there are mosquitoes.

Staying here again after twelve years, I feel that the service is still as good as ever. Because I was going to stay in Chiang Rai for one night, I put my luggage in Yangkangmu in advance. When I checked in after coming back from Chiang Rai, my luggage had already been put in the room. However, the hotel does not have an elevator. To facilitate luggage handling, there is a slope beside the stairs. Especially the corner from the third floor to the second floor is not well lit and there is no warning sign. I slipped down from here and injured my ligament. Although the hotel handled the follow-up proactively, the pain will inevitably have some impact on the itinerary. According to the staff, we are not the first case of a similar situation. The hotel manager has been personally suggested to install ⚠️ signs on the slopes.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but we thought the hotel accommodations were in need of an update. The bathroom and bedroom were spacious but not as comfortable as we’d hoped for given all the positive reviews. For instance, they could really update the lighting and not have an overhead white light combined with ambient ones that do not illuminate well at night. And maybe install some charging sockets by the bed. Also it would be great to have less tired looking towels. Not only were some of them ripped they were also gray looking, not white. We liked the grounds and the overall ambience of the setting of the hotel. The breakfast was ok. Given amenities at some other hotels in Thailand we thought that this hotel was not as good in terms of value for the price.

Most beautiful village in the middle of the city! Beautiful landscaping and architecture

Great little oasis of peace and quiet. Perfect for exploring Chiang Mai, only 15-20 minute walk from the old town and very close to the night market. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Would definitely recommend.
