It's nice hotel, located near Chiang Mai old town. The reception male staff is super friendly , help me to arrange at room #201, which is a quiet room not face to the main road, avoid the car noise. I have good time and enjoy relaxing in those hotel. Wish to come back soon again.

Big room and very quiet place and near to the attraction.

everything is good. the location is convenient, the room is quiet, and the bed is comfortable. however, there are some drawbacks. the hotel has a high number of ******** smokers, and the hallway often has a strong smell of ****. we complained to the reception about this issue, and it was repeated several times. the room was rarely cleaned. the room lacks a clothes rack in the closet. overall, the furniture is not new, and the hotel needs renovation. By the way the window view is very good

Good value. Near seven eleven. Close to old city. Budget hotel.

You get what you pay for. I read the reviews and prepared for a below-average stay, but it was a good price for the location. The hotel and rooms look more tired than the photo advert images, but the bed was comfortable.
